cover material unsafe

I strongly believe that this car seat cover is the cause of my daughters dermatitis on her legs/calves. She had HORRIBLE patches of eczema/contact dermatitis/scabs where her legs were most in contact with this seat... not in the typical creases of legs that is common baby eczema location. There is something way too chemical in this fabric that is NOT Ok for sensitive baby skin.

I am a grandmother who needed a car seat for her car. This seat suits my needs perfectly because of the easy change fitting straps. I can have my one year old granddaughter in it one trip and my newborn grandson in it the next and never have to remove it from the car or adjust the strap fittings. Very easy to use, safe and also easy to carry.
