Bought this for each of my kids, it's the dummy-proof swaddle, that makes swaddling so easy, and doesn't allow baby to escape. Definitely recommend to anyone choosing to swaddle

My 3 month old kept breaking out of her swadle and waking up. This thing is a life saver. Its not foolproof, she still breaks free sometimes, but its 1 out of every 10 sleeps instead of every sleep. Shes sleeping better. Im sleeping better. Happy family.

My 4.5m old keeps breaking out of it. I was hoping this would help keep him swaddled through this 4 month sleep regression but it becomes a tangled mess. Also my husband can't master it quite yet

I got this a couple weeks ago, my baby is almost 3 months and the one we used since she was born was too small for her. My friend recommended me the ergo baby.
When I saw that ergo baby have the light weight I got even more excited since my baby is always hot.

My one month old didn't care for other swaddles and would wiggle out of them easily. He loves this one and I love how easy it is to use. We have two so even when one is in the wash, there's no crying. Highly recommended!

LOVE this swaddler, but, after 6 weeks our baby girl is too big for it (10.5 lb) and strong and the velcro detaches with her wiggles. I'm giving it 4 starts because its the best swaddle for up to 4-5 weeks and a average size baby. If your baby is big you won't get too much use out of this.

I was SO excited to receive this product for my 1 month old because I loved the design features, particularly the individual arm pockets and the ventilated fabric. Unfortunately, when I received it it was already too small for my baby. I went online to order a bigger size and realized that you only make one size so I am out of luck. Please make bigger sizes. If you did I have no doubt that this would be our most favorite swaddle.

Purchased to replace the Swaddle brand one because of the ease of the arm
placements across the chest versus down the sides. However, material is too stretchy and Baby can wiggle too easily.

Easy to use, fast to put on, and the velcro keeps her a sleeping burrito all night.

My baby doesn't sleep without being swaddled, otherwise she throws her arms and wakes up every time she jumps. I love this swaddle because it is mesh which makes me feel comfortable putting her in jammies or putting a blanket safely on her without overheating, the sleeve feature is awesome because her arms don't get loose, and, most importantly, the separate between the legs Velcro is great because she doesn't wake up much when I change her diaper since her arms don't come loose too.

We needed something that kept baby's arms in better over night. Loved the idea of this. We ran into two major issues; the Velcro is not very strong, so it comes undone very easily (baby can wiggle it off and she's only 6weeks). Not only is the Velcro weak, but the Velcro completely warped after only a couple of washes. Second major issue is the piece that goes through the legs is extremely short so it doesn't fit up to the Velcro. So since that piece can't be done up, baby can very quickly get out of the swaddle. LOVE the idea of this, but a longer piece through the legs, and stronger Velcro would make it perfect.

My baby hates being swaddled and always finds his way out. Although he got out of this one, I still like it better than swaddle blankets!

I have received this as a gift and was skeptical of the safety and effectiveness of this product but it's awesome! I have 4 kids and I have always tried to swaddle them in blankets only for them to escape and wake up ALL night. This keeps my baby nice and swaddled all night helping me to get more sleep. I don't have to worry about the blankets getting wrapped around the baby at night this light mesh material stays in place and keeps him warm. I highly recommend this to others!

I absolutely love this swaddle. The mesh is so breathable and lightweight - perfect for my summer baby! Our baby is also Houdini and the arm flaps keep her arms in place. I actually swaddle her arms straight down, but when she tries to escape the flaps catch her. :) I've tried so many swaddles and love this one. I bought the original (elephant) swaddle and I love it too, but it is smaller and quite snug on our baby, I don't think it will last long.

I bought this for my 8 week old baby in hopes of having a swaddle that was breathable for the hot summer months. The fabric on this is a breathable mesh which is perfect. Unfortunately, the swaddling aspect of this piece is not the best. The arms are not secure enough to keep my baby from escaping no matter how hard I've tried. I loved the feature of being able to change her diaper from below without un-swaddling the arms, but again this was a moot point since the baby would inevitably escape every time.

We loved our first Ergobaby Swaddler - the original in the elephant print- and were excited to have another one as the summer months heat up. The material is a great weight for summer and has a bit more stretch, which was ideal. The only downfall is the length of the hip position flap. It's too short for our little one who isn't really "tall." Unfortunately, we won't be able to us this as long as we had hoped and it doesn't come in the larger size.

Love that you can change diaper without in swaddling but my daughter got her arms out of it the first night. Thought it was my error so I read the instructions again and tried it 3 more times and her arms got out of the swaddle each time :(

The fabric is too stretchy. My daughter is 3 months old and this doesn't keep her secure enough to sleep. It is a great idea to have the placement of the arms like this. And seems well made. Just doesn't work at all for us

I like the fabric but my baby does not like her arms locked in the pockets that way.

This is a great idea but poorly executed. The material was far too stretchy to keep my baby's arms still, resulting in her being quite fussy and unhappy. I knew after about 5 minutes that it wasn't going to work and immediately sent it back. Very disappointing considering I own two Ergo carriers and love them!

We love our swaddler! We've used many brands and we love this one so much more than any of them because it's light weight and so comfy for our baby!

I expected this swaddler to be much smaller so that I could use it for my newborn to 4 months. After that I don't usually swaddle anymore. This swaddler would not even fit my baby until she is ready to stop being swaddled. It is very well made, but just not for us. I plan on sending it back.

I was really hoping that I had found a swaddle blanket that my "fiery" 4 month old couldn't work her way out of. Unfortunately, this wasn't it. I suppose where this is a will there is a way. I do love the feature of being able to change her diaper without unswaddling her, but I never get to use it. By the time she wakes in the middle of the night her arms and legs are free.

I received this swaddler as a gift about a month ago when my son was less than a month old. He's 2 months old now and still loves sleeping in this swaddler. I live in Southern California and its light weight, breatheable material is perfect for the weather here. It's easy to use and helps him sleep great for naps and at night. Plus, I can change his diaper without taking the whole swaddle off.

This was such a great product for my summer baby. The lightweight fabric made sure she didn't get too hot when swaddled. The ability to change a diaper without having to completely unwrap her was also a huge perk!

We've been using this swaddler every night since our baby was a month old, and it's by far the easiest and best designed one that we've used over the course of two years with two babies. Our baby stays snug and secure and sleeps peacefully for long stretches of time in it. My only warning is to fasten the velcro tabs to each other before washing because they will snag other clothing if left undone. Our baby is now 9 weeks old and over 12 pounds and still fits the swaddler with no problem. If you only buy one swaddler, this is the one to get!

My little munchkin has a history of breaking free of every swaddle we've ever used and as a result, we let her go swaddle free for a while. We came across this sweet little swaddle and think that she may have just met her match. She's been sleeping without getting out of the swaddle and it's been lovely not having to unwrap her just to change her diapers. I'd definitely recommend it to new moms with magical babies like my own. She loves it and so do her parents!

I got this product when baby was 3weeks old now she is 6 weeks old. Gotta say I love it. I like how it's light weight so baby doesn't get too hot and how easy it is to use. I have an other swaddler from summer infant the SwaddleMe that I have used since she was a week old. It was ok but taking it completely off to change a diaper then putting it back on was a hassle. the Velcro is really loud it would scare my baby so she would really wake up and now that she's older she keeps freeing her arms, which results in scratching her face or the reflex movement wakes her up defeating the purpose for me. What I love the most about ergo baby swaddler is that it doesn't have those problems because the arms are wrapped in, they can't get free and the removable leg pouch makes it easy to change diapers without having to take off the whole thing, so baby can go back to sleep faster. Another big difference that I like is that baby is snug but it's not too tight and she can move her arms and legs without getting free unlike my other swaddler. I'm really happy with the ergo swaddler.

My little one prefers to have his arms at his sides, so this swaddler, which is made to have the arms across the chest, did not work well for him. I still give it 3 stars because it is a high-quality item and I liked the ease of access for diaper changes.

Just came back from the hospital where he nurses tried to teach me several ways to swaddle my son with a think blanket but I couldn't get the hang of it. This ergo swaddler is so easy to us and it feels great. My son always manages to get his arms out the swaddles but this ergo swaddler is great because it keeps his arms securely inside at all times. He sleeps very well.

Really love this swaddler! The fabric truly is lightweight, so I don't worry about over heating. I also love the little pockets for the arms. Super helpful if you have an extra squirmy baby. Overall the construction allows for movement, without allowing LO to wriggle right out. I am primarily comparing this to the Summer Infant Swaddleme and this is FAR superior.

My newborn baby loves to be swaddled but I'm still getting the hang of it, luckily I received this Ergobaby Swaddler and getting him into his favorite position has never been easier! I also love that it's not to heavy since we live in Los Angeles and it can be easy to overheat.

I have a 5 week old baby boy and I used this starting on week2. I absolutely love this swaddler, it's breathable design made it so easily adjustable for hot/cold weather. The instructions were simple and very easy to follow. The pockets for the arm sleeves were genius, his arms were not constricted yet stayed secure. The Velcro strips were also very helpful in keeping him swaddled. I noticed that it did make his nighttime sleep longer by an hour at most. I would definitely recommend this to my mommy friends!

I received this swaddle from a friend who said I just have to try it. I used the Miracle Blanket with my first son, but never liked how it felt like a straight jacket, keeping his arms to his sides. My second son who just turned one month old loves this swaddle because it keeps his arms on his chest, which gives him comfort and keeps him sleeping more peacefully. Additionally, I love the quality of the fabric! It's exactly what I would expect from Ergo.

This swaddle is amazing at keeping baby's arms locked in place- it has truly been escape-proof for us. As a bonus, the baby stays swaddled during diaper changes, the legs just flop out of the bottom portion. There is definitely the height/weight restriction on this swaddle, and unfortunately I can tell that our baby is outgrowing it by length. I think she is actually just over the recommended length already, but we are still able to use with success. Also, the fabric is a nice breathable mesh type material. Our room has been chilly this winter, so I've been putting a fleece (escapable) swaddle over the top. I love that this would be lightweight for summer babies, and you have the option of leaving their legs unswaddled as well. Overall, this is a really great swaddle and the best one that we've tried yet in two babies worth of swaddling!

This swaddler is great. I think it's great for any weather because it's mesh. It's breathable!!! you don't have to worry about your baby getting too hot in the swaddler. my baby is 2.5 months - 14 lbs and 25 inches long. It was a little snug but it still worked.

Got this as a gift and couldn't love it any more. The fabric is so soft and breathable and light which I love... especially because it gets really hot where we live in the summer months! It's also super easy to use and our baby girl was snug as a bug in a rug and adorable :-) The only "issue" (which is not really an issue) was the sand colored reminds me of an ACE bandage in person- ha! I prefer every other color to that one... And LOVE the patterned ones! All in all a great little swaddler, I highly recommend.

As a big fan of sleep myself, we tried several swaddle methods with our first--the "miracle blanket", summer "swaddleme", halo "sleepsacks", and the classic hospital swaddle technique. He somehow managed to wriggle out with ease! The "miracle blanket" was the closest we got to effectively swaddling as it kept his arms at his sides well, but this Ergobaby Swaddler takes it a step further and has a pocket for each arm that tucks under the baby! This lightweight version allows the flexibility to use in warm weather, or to add a blanket if cooler. And competitively priced, to boot! So glad we stumbled on this! And wish we had it for our first!

I used this in the summer to swaddle my baby, we don't have AC in our apartment. He was being fussy and not sleeping that well. I'm not that great at swaddling. This swaddled him well and he fell instantly asleep the first time I used it. Awesome product.
