A child-proof cutter is mounted inside the access door which allows you to customize the bag size. Use only what you need to use for just a couple of diapers or up to 60 in the Pail (the whole continuous roll holds up to to 580 newborn diapers total).
For safety, Dékor Pails have a safety lock for the trap door to keep little ones out where the diapers go in. Also, the cutter is child-proof and the access door automatically locks when pushed closed.
