    What is Open Box?

    Open-box items are brand-new finds that were simply returned or had their box opened along the way. We lovingly inspect each one to make sure it’s complete, safe, and ready for a second chance at a happy home, although some may show small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect use.

    Where Do They Come From?

    Our open-box treasures come from a few different places. Some are items that were returned unused, some were opened for photos or videos, and others arrived in boxes that got a little scuffed up. No matter where they come from, each one is fresh, complete, and ready for its new adventure with you.

    The patented three-position headrest adjustment allows the child?s head to rest comfortably leaning backwards and thereby preventing the dangerous situation with the head tipping forward when they fall asleep. This not only is more comfortable for the child, it also keeps the head in the Safety Zone in the event of a side-impact crash.

    The Linear Side-impact Protection (LSP) system with adjustable side protectors starts the absorption of energy in a side-impact earlier and together with the thick side wings helps dissipate the energy away from the child for ultimate protection.

    The 12-position headrest adjustment allows the seat to grow with the child.

    Installation is easy using the rigid LATCH system that connects to the vehicle?s lower anchors. This keeps the seat steady for easy climbing in and out of, as well as keeping it steady in a side-impact crash.

    Padded armrests allows the child to sit comfortably and helps keeping the lap belt in a low and secure position. Built in ventilation system improves comfort on hot days.
