    What is Open Box?

    Open-box items are brand-new finds that were simply returned or had their box opened along the way. We lovingly inspect each one to make sure it’s complete, safe, and ready for a second chance at a happy home, although some may show small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect use.

    Where Do They Come From?

    Our open-box treasures come from a few different places. Some are items that were returned unused, some were opened for photos or videos, and others arrived in boxes that got a little scuffed up. No matter where they come from, each one is fresh, complete, and ready for its new adventure with you.

    Warranty Coverage

    Open-box purchases include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

    Deep Recline

    The backrest can be reclined to three different comfortable positions with just one hand. The legrest can also adjust to three different positions.

    The included padded inlay ensures that your child is warm on cool days, and can be removed to circulate air on warmer days.
