Difficult to clip Chicco carseat in

We bought the adapters months ago for our twins who just joined us. You need to put all of your weight on the carseat to get it to snap in and it is just as difficult to get the carseats out of the stroller. I'm not sure how they messed this uo but something is clearly wrong with the design.

Does not secure Graco carseats well

I've been using this with a Graco SnugRide SnugLock 35 carseat for several months. It is a bit cumbersome to align the hook into this adapter and even when it's hooked in, the car seat just doesn't seem to be fully secure. I've had incidences where I'm trying to get over a curb and lift up the front wheels and the car seat actually came off the base. I wish there were an updated model of this adapter because I really do love my Cybex stroller otherwise.
