UPPAbaby Minu Strollers
The UPPAbaby Minu is the stroller you want for when the big stroller feels like "too much" for that day's adventure. Airport. Maybe a theme park. Quick errands. Small trunks. Restaurant with friends. Grandparents’ car. You get it. The Minu gives you the UPPAbaby feel in a smaller package, which is really the whole appeal here.
The current single-stroller flagship is the UPPAbaby Minu V3. It weighs 16.7 pounds, folds small enough for many overhead compartments, and works from birth up to 50 pounds. For newborns, use the deepest recline and rear crotch buckle position until your baby has strong head and neck control and can sit with bent knees.
At Albee Baby, the Minu collection includes the Minu V3 single stroller, Minu Duo compact double stroller, travel system bundles, and select Minu accessories. The Minu V2 still is relevant for parents who already own one, but if you’re buying a new single Minu today, start with the V3.

What Is the UPPAbaby Minu?
The UPPAbaby Minu is UPPAbaby’s compact stroller line. It is made for parents who want a smaller fold and easier carry wrapped up into a sturdy stroller.
The Minu V3 is the current version. It works from birth with the right seat setup, has a deep recline, includes an integrated foot barrier, and carries up to 50 pounds. The 20-pound basket gives you room for the usual outing collection: diaper bag, snacks, light jackets, random kid treasure, and so on.
The Minu is smaller than the Cruz and Vista. That is the main reason to buy it. It is easier in a trunk, easier at the airport, easier in a restaurant, and easier when you just do not want to bring the full-size stroller.
Why Parents Choose the UPPAbaby Minu V3
The Minu V3 works because it keeps the useful parts of a bigger stroller and cuts down the size. You get a one-handed fold, a shoulder strap, a tall seat back, a deep recline, a 20-pound basket, all-wheel suspension, and a no-rethread harness.
The newborn setup is also better on the V3.
Also, the fold is wonderful. The Minu V3 folds down small, stands when folded, and is easier to carry than a full-size stroller. There’s also a hidden Air Tracker pocket, which is useful if this stroller is going near airports, amusement parks, or any place where important things could disappear.
Choose Your UPPAbaby Minu Setup
UPPAbaby Minu V3 Compact Stroller
Choose the Minu V3 if you want UPPAbaby’s current compact single stroller. This is the best fit for one child, from birth up to 50 pounds, when you want a stroller that can handle travel and daily errands without taking over the car.
The Minu V3 has a one-handed fold, deep recline, integrated foot barrier, 20-pound basket, all-wheel suspension, tall 21-inch seat back, UPF 50+ canopy, shoulder strap, and no-rethread harness. It is compact, but it certainly does not feel like a cheap umbrella stroller.
UPPAbaby Minu V3 Travel System
Choose a Minu V3 travel system if you want to use the stroller and an UPPAbaby infant car seat together. The Minu V3 works with UPPAbaby's Aria and Mesa infant car seats using adapters.
This setup is useful for airports, errands, and short car-to-stroller trips. Always check the product page before buying so you know which car seat, adapters, and accessories are included in our bundles.
UPPAbaby Minu Duo Compact Double Stroller
Choose the Minu Duo if you need room for two kids but still want a compact stroller. This is the Minu path for parents who do not want a full-size double taking up half the trunk.
Keep the Minu V3 and Minu Duo separate in your head, though. Minu V3 is the compact single. Minu Duo is the compact double. Same family, different job.
UPPAbaby Minu V3 vs. Minu V2
The Minu V3 is the newer single stroller. It is suitable from birth to 50 pounds, folds smaller, has a deeper recline, includes an integrated foot barrier, and has a 21-inch seat back. It also adds newer comfort and travel details like the hidden tracker pocket, no-rethread harness, and overhead-friendly folded size.
The Minu V2 is still a great stroller if you can get your hands on one. The V3 has notable improvements, yes, but that doesn't take away how popular the V2 is.
UPPAbaby Minu vs. Cruz vs. Vista
The Minu is the compact stroller. The Cruz is the premium single everyday stroller. The Vista is the expandable family stroller.
Choose Minu for travel, small trunks, airports, restaurants, errands, and lighter daily use. Choose Cruz if you want a full-size single stroller with more everyday structure. Choose Vista if you want a stroller that can expand for more children.
What Parents Are Saying About the UPPAbaby Minu
Elizabeth, Santa Clarita, CA: "Purchased for use in the airport and once we got to our destination. Extremely easy to break down right before you get on the plane. Highly recommend purchasing the UPPAbaby travel bag as well due to the warranty."
Ulises, Seattle, WA: "Great compact stroller. Lightweight but with enough weight to not feel flimsy. Easy to fold and unfold. I wish the recline had a nicer mechanism that could be worked with one hand, but it's not a big deal."
Kristin, Jacksonville Beach, FL: "Huge fan of UppaBaby Strollers. We have a ridge, vista, and now the Minu. We needed a compact stroller for Disney, and this is so wonderful."
Cleaning and Care
Clean the Minu V3 frame with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry it thoroughly. Do not use abrasives. If the frame gets exposed to salt water, rinse it with fresh water as soon as possible and dry it to help prevent corrosion.
The seat pad and basket fabric can be spot cleaned or hand washed in cold water with mild detergent. Dry them flat and away from direct sunlight. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
The canopy and seat fabric are spot clean only. Do not fold or store the stroller while it is damp or wet, and do not store it in a damp place. That is how you end up with mystery stroller smells, and nobody needs a mystery stroller smell.
Check the brakes, tires, harness, locks, screws, rivets, and other hardware regularly. Use only UPPAbaby replacement parts.
