What is Open Box?

Open-box items are brand-new finds that were simply returned or had their box opened along the way. We lovingly inspect each one to make sure it’s complete, safe, and ready for a second chance at a happy home, although some may show small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect use.

Where Do They Come From?

Our open-box treasures come from a few different places. Some are items that were returned unused, some were opened for photos or videos, and others arrived in boxes that got a little scuffed up. No matter where they come from, each one is fresh, complete, and ready for its new adventure with you.

Open-box purchases include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

The side luggage basket carries up to 22 lbs worth of goods and includes a basket cover to keep it all clean, dry and private. The roomy underseat basket holds up to 7.4 gallons in volume.

One-Piece Fold

The Donkey 2 folds in one piece, and even more compactly when the seat is removed.
