Description
The Convertible Perch Nest stands just over 4 feet tall—more than a foot shorter than a typical loft bed—making it the perfect first bunk. Its lower height allows for easy goodnight kisses and provides an increased sense of security.
While both orientations fit a twin mattress (or two), the Perch Nest is full of possibilities: Use it as a loft bed with a ladder, where children ages 6+ can sleep on the top bunk (with a maximum 6"-deep mattress), leaving a play space or floor-level mattress below or As a canopy bed, it’s perfectly cozy and it’s compatible with the Perch Trundle Bed and Custom Trundle Mattress for sleepover fun.

- A convertible bed that can be assembled and reassembled in two different configurations:
- As a loft bed: A ladder-accessible top bunk for children ages 6+, with a play space or floor-level mattress below.
- As a canopy bed: A cozy setup, compatible with the Perch Trundle Bed and Custom Trundle Mattress.
- Lower than a conventional loft bed, improving accessibility.
- Compatible with our 6" Dual Firm Twin Mattress, designed for standard twin beds.
- Loft mattress height should not exceed 6” for safety.
- Weight limit for the top bunk is 250 lbs.
- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends the top bunk for children ages 6+.
- A Sturdy frame and solid rails provide added safety on the top bunk.
