The cover features a soft organic cotton face and a 3-dimensional polyester lattice structure that creates a breathable space under the baby for increased airflow. This results in improved temperature regulation for less sweaty backs and a reduced risk of overheating. It also allows the baby to breathe directly through the cover if necessary. Breathability done right
Breathable crib mattresses are all about added comfort and safety. Simply put, babies tend to cry more when they're uncomfortable. Airflow under the baby allows heat to dissipate more efficiently, helping regulate temperature for less sweaty backs. According to airflow tests, breathability may also increase safety by allowing air to flow more freely around the baby.
How it works
The breathable cover features a soft organic cotton face and a 3-dimensional polyester lattice structure that allows air to flow through the fabric and under the baby for 360° air circulation. Since air is able to pass freely through the cover’s 3D structure, babies can breathe right through it!
Practical design
The breathable function is encapsulated in a washable cover that completely hugs the mattress. In the event of an accident, remove the soiled cover and wipe the mattress clean. Replace with a spare cover or put the baby back to sleep on the fully functional underlying mattress. The cover can then be machine washed and dried at your convenience.
Safer
More sources of air improves sleep safety. While in their crib, babies can typically breathe air from above and from the sides.
