What is Open Box?

Open-box items are brand-new finds that were simply returned or had their box opened along the way. We lovingly inspect each one to make sure it’s complete, safe, and ready for a second chance at a happy home, although some may show small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect use.

Where Do They Come From?

Our open-box treasures come from a few different places. Some are items that were returned unused, some were opened for photos or videos, and others arrived in boxes that got a little scuffed up. No matter where they come from, each one is fresh, complete, and ready for its new adventure with you.

Warranty Coverage

Open-box purchases include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

From the first ride home from the hospital to all your daily road trips and journeys. Add the right adapter for seamless integration with Bugaboo Fox, Donkey, Dragonfly and Butterfly strollers. Adapters are included with the stroller when you purchase the Fox 5 and Dragonfly.
