What is Open Box?
Open-box items are brand-new finds that were simply returned or had their box opened along the way. We lovingly inspect each one to make sure it’s complete, safe, and ready for a second chance at a happy home, although some may show small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect use.
Where Do They Come From?
Our open-box treasures come from a few different places. Some are items that were returned unused, some were opened for photos or videos, and others arrived in boxes that got a little scuffed up. No matter where they come from, each one is fresh, complete, and ready for its new adventure with you.
Warranty Coverage
Open-box purchases include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

The Bumbleride Era is our reversible seat stroller ready to use at birth with no attachments. Featuring an infant-safe, lay flat seat that faces you until they’re ready to see the sights. Era has all-wheel suspension and air-filled tires with an easy, one-handed push on city streets or bumpy terrain. Its extra-long footwell gives your child room to grow and its small footprint makes maneuvering tight spaces stress-free. Responsibly made and manufactured.
