What is Open Box?

Open-box items are brand-new finds that were simply returned or had their box opened along the way. We lovingly inspect each one to make sure it’s complete, safe, and ready for a second chance at a happy home, although some may show small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect use.

Where Do They Come From?

Our open-box treasures come from a few different places. Some are items that were returned unused, some were opened for photos or videos, and others arrived in boxes that got a little scuffed up. No matter where they come from, each one is fresh, complete, and ready for its new adventure with you.

Warranty Coverage

Open-box purchases include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Open-box items include everything you’d get with a brand-new product. We double-check every piece and accessory, and if anything’s missing, it won’t hit the shop. They ship in the original packaging, which may look a little compromised but is perfectly intact!

The RockaRoo® Baby Rocker’s unique base design creates a rhythmic front-to-back motion baby loves. Unlike other rockers, we’ve moved the motion’s pivot point from overhead to underneath the seat, creating a super compact footprint. Oh, and by the way, you don’t need a parent to power it. It’s automated. Don’t let our small, compact size fool you. The RockaRoo keeps baby safe and happy anywhere and everywhere in your home. Because at 4moms, nobody puts baby in a corner.

Traditional infant swings are large and clunky. We believed swings would be better if they provided the back and forth gliding motion that babies love in a compact and modern design. That's why we created the 4moms® RockaRoo® Baby Rocker. By flipping the swing on its head and moving the pivot point under the seat, the RockaRoo provides a large range of motion in a beautiful design that is just 1/3 the size of traditional swings.
