What is Open Box?

Open-box items are brand-new finds that were simply returned or had their box opened along the way. We lovingly inspect each one to make sure it’s complete, safe, and ready for a second chance at a happy home, although some may show small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect use.

Where Do They Come From?

Our open-box treasures come from a few different places. Some are items that were returned unused, some were opened for photos or videos, and others arrived in boxes that got a little scuffed up. No matter where they come from, each one is fresh, complete, and ready for its new adventure with you.

Warranty Coverage

Open-box purchases include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

LockStrongTM belt tensioning system provides solid, secure installation in no time, while SecureTightTM technology helps you achieve a tighter installation with up to 50% less effort. Soft, sustainable Green & Gentle™ Fabric is woven from recycled plastic bottles, free of added chemicals and flame retardants — one more thing you can feel good about. Compatible with adjustable SafeZone™ Load Leg accessory, adjustable support leg with easy-to-read indicators which helps stabilize the seat base by limiting rotation and reducing crash forces (sold separately).
