This was given as a gift. The first time I used it, I felt like there was something missing. Very uncomfortable and feels like theres not much support. The baby just hangs. My husband tried and and he felt the same. His back would hurt. And when I tried using it, I was so tired of giving my baby support so I stopped carrying him with the carrier and just let him hang. After 30 mins his legs had small red spots. I guess because there was no circulation. I dont know why they even thought of making this carrier. We had to buy another one. Not worth the back pain and the red spots.

Honestly if I needed to buy again I would not buy this product. It pulls at the shoulders. My boyfriend is extremely fit and it bothers him to carry our 15 pound baby.

My kiddo loves it because he can now face out and see the world. I love it because I now have my hands back to get things done.

This is wonderful,way easier that putting the baby in the carseat to put in the stroller to just walk down the street. Only reason it got 4stars instead of 5 is cause it is to big for preemie babies,but she will sure grow into it..

After having on for only a few minutes I had terrible back pain. Not being able to adjust properly leaves mom/dad in pain and baby flopping forward away from check. Very sad I spent the money on this carrier.

Don't waste your money. Their is no waste strap, and the straps across the shoulders are only adjustable around your body not over your shoulders, so it leaves you with your baby dangling forward inches from your chest. Causes back and neck pain. Not for anyone who is thin, the straps are only for fat people they don't get tight enough. Not for tall people, I'm 5'10" and the straps don't adjust for my height. Horrible product.

I bought this product while I was pregnant and first used this when my child was about two months old. It seemed okay when my baby was facing me and weighed about 12 pounds. When my baby was able to be turned around, it became more difficulty to use. First, my baby hangs too far away from my body which causes him to sway easily. I usually have to place one arm around his belly while trying to do things. And second, the straps put a lot of strain on my neck. I usually can only wear it for about twenty minutes. It's a shame I can't use this product more because my baby seems to really enjoy being carried this way but I'm exhausted after trying to keep him from swaying and doing everything one-handed. I might as well just carry him. Plus it puts too much strain on my body and I'm in pretty good shape. My baby is 5 months old and I'm working out several times a week and running 5 miles at a time. Unfortunately I would not recommend this product if your looking for a carrier you can use while doing things which require some moving or bending. Some pros are: it's easy to get the baby in and out; the material seems very durable but soft; and my baby seems comfortable in it.

I thought I was going to love this carrier but I was terribly wrong. The fabric was super soft for baby but the carrier was actually painful to wear. I'm a thinner build and no matter how I adjusted the straps they dug horribly into my back. I couldn't wear this carrier for more than a few minutes without becoming really uncomfortable. This carrier definitely needs more padding in the straps and waist support. I ended up buying an Ergobaby.

If you adjust the traps correctly, this carrier is excellent. The baby feels very comfortable in it. It's relatively east to open to insert/extract the baby from the carrier. Only down-sides: 1. The straps lengths can't be remembered when switching between myself and my wife 2. There's no real protection from the sun, even with the head cover

Works for its intended purpose, however I couldn't wear it for more than an hour or so at a time due to the weight distribution. All of the baby's weight pulls directly on your shoulders. It would be a lot more comfortable with an additional load bearing waist strap.
