Breathability + Washability
KidFit® Zip Air Plus includes 3D AirMesh channels throughout the backrest and seat for increased air circulation where kids need it most. The extra padding features a convenient zip-off design, making them easy to remove for cleaning while still maintaining use of the standard fabrics underneath. All fabrics, including armrest covers, are removable and machine washable.

Engineered for Comfort
KidFit® Zip Air Plus features a contoured, ErgoBoost® Plus seat with 3 layers of foam padding and a one-of-a-kind zip-on cushioned leg rest for high class comfort. A 2-position backrest adjusts to mimic the vehicle seat position. The backrest is easily removable to create a backless booster for older children.

Customized Protection + Ease of Use
DuoGuard® offers 2 layers of protection: a rigid shell and high-quality, EPS energy-absorbing foam that surround the head and torso with integrated side wings. The high-back booster easily adjusts throughout 10 height positions to extend protection as kids grow.

Premium LATCH connectors and a force-multiplying, SuperCinch® one-pull tightener stabilize the seat for easy in/out and keep it secured when unoccupied. The upgraded quick-release LATCH provides convenient one-hand removal from the vehicle LATCH system for easy transfer between seats and vehicles.

Usage
KidFit® Zip Air Plus is designed for children at least 4 years of age, between 38-57" tall, between 30-100 lbs. in high-back mode and 40-110 lbs. in backless mode, and can sit relatively still in the same seated position throughout the car ride.

Care and Maintenance
Machine wash fabrics in cold water on delicate cycle using mild detergent. Hang to dry. For complete care and maintenance instructions, refer to the product’s instruction manual.

Albeebaby shipping was immediate. The child booster seat was new and unopened, and had a recent manufacturing date. Great discounted price from Albeebaby. Perfect purchase. The booster seat is really great, and works as expected, especially for the great cost. Zip off coverings, and we like how the headrest AND torso extend upwards. There is a heavy bracket connecting the seat back to the booster seat bottom, and this bracket allows the seat back and headrest to move so it rests against the back of the car's seatback, even if the seatback is tilted back slightly. Makes for a more comfortable position for our 5 year old granddaughter. You can remove the padding for the footrest, so the footrest just hangs in front of the seat, or easily put the padding back in so the footrest extends out. Great features on this Chicco booster seat, and no rattles like the Graco booster seats.

My 6 year old son loves this booster seat. He says its comfortable and he has room. He likes that he can use the seatbelt instead of the harness and that it doesn’t scratch his neck like the harness did. I like it because it positions the seat belt just right, over the should as it should, and that it used the seats anchors to hold the base to the seat. I also like that it converts to a backless booster for when he gets older. The back does have some slight movement when my son is not sitting in it, but doesn’t seem to be an issue. It doesn’t move when my son is belted in. The seat feels solid and Chicco is a good brand. Overall, this is a great booster seat for the money and the last you should ever need for one child. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the shipping was great and fairly quickly from this site.

Easy to install and the leg extender is great...but no tether for highback

Chicco Kidfit is easy to install as others say and the leg extender is a great addition to have since we occasionally travel long distances. However, we were surprised that there is no tether for highback booster seats (not just Chicco) as this leaves the back loose and wobbly. While the seat doesn't move the back support does. Since our previous convertible car seat rarely moved at all (pretty much bolted to the backseat), it does make me anxious that booster seats are of a much lesser design in terms of safety. Since this is not just Chicco's problem, I guess I would recommend their booster seat.

Is your child constantly complaining that their feet fall asleep in their booster? That they’re not comfortable? That there’s no room for their cups, toys, etc.? Are you uncomfortable with the fact that many boosters have no LATCH and little head support in the event of an accident or when they inevitably still fall asleep in long rides? Do you dread cleaning up the massive mess your school-aged child still makes in their seat? If so, get this seat. It ticks all the boxes at an amazing price. Sure, you can get an el cheapo booster for fifty bucks, but this seat will save you a lot of hassle and headache and you will have a happy kid and happy parents (or whoever may be driving). We have a NUNA AACE for our other car, which I initially thought was the best there is, but after getting this seat I give this Chicco a slight edge for comfort (my son told me to throw the other one away, hahaha!) and ease of cleaning since you just can’t beat the Zip feature. Just get it!

The seat is comfortable for my granddaughter. She likes the foot and leg rest but it limits how far back you can put back the from seat. Also they should have made the arm rests to move up and down. The way it is constructed there is not much room to fasten the seatbelt in the seatbelt clasp lock. My granddaughter also loves the little cup holder storage compartment. Makes it much more convenient at a drive thru. I do have to remove it from the cup holder before I can fasten the seatbelt. These are really minor issues and overall we like the seat.

This is the best car seat, hands down. It grows with the child, can be washed (hello!!) and reduces the wet t-shirt back in the hot summers in the Southeast. The kids really enjoy sitting in them and they say they are comfortable even on long rides. We now have a zip air plus in every car the kids ride in (parents + grandma), that's 6 (!) car seats.

Our 6-year old LOVES this seat. She had the Chicco Myfit beforehand (which is now used by her 4-year-old sister) and we have no problems with her fastening her seat belt on her own. We live in the South, so all the car seats have the Air-feature. And, of course, I (!) love the zip-part of the car seat. We've had many spills on long car rides, but nobody gets upset anymore, we just wash it and looks like new! Additionally, the seats have great engineering details and really good safety ratings.
I cannot praise this seat enough, it is simply amazing.

My child loves this booster. You can adjust it in place as they grow without removing it from the vehicle. We have an older version of this seat and my child says that this version does feel cooler on her back. So, the design is effective. The seat is slender in design, so if you have two of these in the back seat of a sedan, one may be able to fit in the middle depending on their size.
