Ended up ordering this instead of the Keyfit 30 or Fit2 and I'm quite satisfied with this seat. Safety, quality and price (in that order) were factors I considered and this one fit the bill nicely.

This car seat is great! Especially love that it is safer for baby because of the Cleartex option and it fits onto our Chicco Activ3 stroller easily. Also really like the safety features and the extra wide retractable cover.

It has a bit of a heavy disadvantage, but it is a big advantage that it is convenient to use at a low price to cover the shortcomings.

I love the quality of the Chicco KeyFit 35. I do find the material a bit hot if my baby is bundled up too much. However, I do like the quality of the material and it definitely an upgrade from the Chicco KeyFit 30. I would recommend this product but do note the weight of it.
