Great holder, but with iPhone X’s headphone jack at the bottom it makes it hard to hold and listen to earbuds. Can just dip phone upside down.

This has been such an amazing accessory. We had the original Bugaboo Cameleon for our now 11 year old. We upgraded to the Buffalo when our third child was born. I've been using our 11 year old umbrella and cup holder, but we never had a good place for the phone. It was okay when I used the bassinet as our Diesel edition had a pocket but when I switched to the seat, I had no great accessible place for my phone. This is great. I can see my texts and calls as they come in and don't need to pick up the phone to do it. It has also saved me from dropping my phone on multiple occasions!

Glad this is an option and I would buy it again but it's annoying that the send button on my iPhone is every so slightly under the bracket that holds it it place. You can still send a message without taking it off, but it's just a bit harder. However what I do love about this is that it is at the perfect height and angle and to quickly snap photos if he does something cute or FaceTime grandparents if we are on a walk when they call. They get a great picture of a happy sweet baby!
