OUR DAUGHTER IS 4 YEARS OLD AND WE NEEDED SOMETHING A LITTLE EASIER TO USE IN OUR HONDA PILOT AS SHE WAS ALWAYS HITTING HER HEAD ON THE ROOF OF THE CAR WHEN SHE WOULD GET IN AND OUT. My son loves his new seat. It is comfortable, easy to latch and keep straps from twisting. It installs easily and will last him for a long time.

This is my second Britax Frontier. This one is for my husband's car. My six year old was happy to graduate from the Marathon. This seat helps her feel like a big girl even with using the Harness. It's comfortable and tall and she loves the dual cup holders. I would buy this seat for my younger daughter when she is ready for a new seat!

I had the Britax Boulevard 70CS and upgraded my 2 1/2 year old to the Frontier booster. So far, so good. He appears to be comfortable and sleeps well in in too. I was worried about his head falling forward because of how straight up it sits but it does not. Very happy with my purchase.

Easy to install. Nice color. My son loves it. He's 38 inches tall and weighs 35lbs. Perfect fit. I have had nothing but britax producs. This website is phenomenal and I plan on using it again when the twins need boosters

This is our second Britax Marathon 85, we purchased one for our daughter a few years ago. When it became time to buy a new one for our son there was no question about purchasing another one for him. We have very tall children and this is the only brand on the market that actually fits them! Pricing seems to be fixed on this item so we shopped around to find sale/shipping discounts.

I love this seat and so does my son! He loves the cup holders so he can put all of his stuff in it, and I love how it is a five point harness!

This is a great seat that will last our long torso daughter until she is big enough to not need a booster. The install was a bit of a pain, but once we discovered it must be outboard and not center, we were fine. DD loves the seat. Also purchased a pink seat we hope to pass down to her twin siblings when they graduate from their convertible seats.

I purchased this seat for a 2013 Toyota Highlander. My son is 6, and very big. We have a Graco Nautilus in our other vehicle and my husband has never been a fan. Mainly because we use it in harness mode, and the crotch strap is too short for a big kid. If you are harnessing a larger child it is a better fit, as the crotch strap is adjustable! It is heavy, and hard to carry....but the protection and quality is worth it. We used the short seat belt path, and it worked great (kids over 40lbs are too heavy for latch). My son is very comfy in it, and it is rock solid and stable in captains chair. Use the video on the Britax site for installation help.

This is the second britax frontier 85 that I have purchased for my son (one in my car and one in my Mother's) and I love it! It is so easy to use and do sharp looking, not to mention super safe. We tried the Graco Nautilus for my mothers car and it was terrible. Too big and bulky yet barely fit my very tall/thin 5 year old. Britax hit it out of the park with this one!

This is the third one of these we've bought, first for the youngest son though. Both kids love them and they've held up well so far.

My son is very tall and had been put into a booster at 3 because he was to big for the car seats we had. He is 4.5 and would fall asleep in the booster and end up laying across my back seat. I found out about this seat on cafemom.com and ordered it quickly. I let him pick out the color and he loves it. He has an 18' torso so it's the only seat I have heard of that harnesses past 18'. I am very happy with my purchases and feel that my son is so much safer now if god forbid we get into a crash.

This car seat is our upgrade to the Britax Boulevard we purchased from Albee Baby a couple of years ago ( that was also a great seat that served us well when our daughter was a baby), and I must say that the Britax Frontier 85 Car Seat has been a great investment since we started using it. Our daughter is quite tall for her age, and I knew she wasn't ready for a REAL booster seat, so we went ahead and took the chance of buying her this car seat. I was apprehensive of buying it; I thought it would be a bit too large for her (she's not only tall but she's petite/thin). But fortunately, the size is just right because it allows for us to adjust the seat and eventually convert it to a booster once she grows out of the 5 point harness straps, which is a plus! I love the fact that it's very easy to install and it's a very secure in its spot of the vehicle. I've heard read a few complaints about the weight of a few Britax car seats, but I believe it was intentionally made like that for safety. Personally, I have no complaints, I am very satisfied with the Britax products we have purchased, and so is my little girl.

We upgraded our Graco nautilus that was a few years old to this carseat. My son, who is 6 years old and on the smaller side at 38lbs 42" says this this carseat is a lot more comfortable. It took some getting used to having the cupholders so low but in the end I think it's a better design. Installation is simple, once you realize you can not put your hand through the back the traditional way. Very secure, trendy and excellent safety reviews. We've since purchased a second one for our 3 year old.

We bought this seat for my 4 year old to replace his convertible car seat after a car accident. Though it took a while to install in my 2010 Ford Fusion, I was able to get a very good install. The seat is solid and comfortable, as well as easy to adjust for larger or smaller children. I love that the seat is so highly rated and recommended, and my son loves that he was able to choose his favorite color.
