Britax Advocate 70-G3 Convertible Car Seat - Anna

This is our second Britax seat and I'm very happy with it. Easy to install with the Latch system or belt; we currently have it rear-facing for our 18-pound 10-month old. The chest strap is easy to adjust and very comfortable. Seat reclines so it's great for rear-facing, especially at nap time. This seat is bulky compared to our Combi infant seat! The sides are quite thick (think: safe) and flare out a bit. We have this and the Britax Boulevard 70 in our Toyota Sequoia and have plenty of room, but I could see how it would be a tight fit in a smaller vehicle. My mom took the seat in her Dodge Dart, though, and it did fit just fine.

I love this car seat. This is my 2nd advocate the first my 3 year old is in still. I love the new design of the harness.

This is the only carseat we ever plan on owning. You won't find a better constructed carseat on the market. It's easy to install and feels very secure and sturdy.

I have gone through several brands/types of car seats and this is hands down the best one! It is very easy to install and adjust as your child grows. I love the texture and pattern to the fabric. The money is worth it!

Construction is as stated and we feel our child will be safe and secure for many years to come. Installation was easy. Lots of padding for the littler/ younger child. Love the Velcro that holds straps out if the way.

This seat is wonderful - it keeps the baby completely snug, easy to install and I feel secure knowing she is safe in this seat. She seems very comfortable and really enjoys facing the front.

Our 1 yr old daughter falls asleep in this chair whenever we get into our vehicle. It is nicely padded and her head doesn't bob all about like with other car seats.

Fast delivery! Big and comfy . My 11 month old loves it! We spend a lot of time on the road and she sleeps good in it. I feel like it is really safe with the side inpact padding. Very pleased!

I just installed this seat yesterday, so I obviously don't have much experience with it. I just wanted to share my opinion so far. This seat is installed RF, center seat, in a 2009 Maxima. I had to use the seat belt, which wasn't *too* bad, but I'm sure LATCH would be a simple install (as always). The cover is very soft and plush, and I was concerned about it being too warm. That didn't seem to be an issue as we ran errands in mid 90 degree weather. The only issue I was really afraid of was that my little one would try to chew the HUGS pads (I read other reviews that mentioned babies doing this). Sure enough, after 15 minutes in the seat, she went for it. This is where Britax gets 5 stars for customer service. I called to ask a question regarding my install and the customer service rep mentioned the HUGS issue before I could even bring it up. She was extremely helpful and automatically said she'd be sending different pads. Britax sees this is an issue, and seems to be taking care of it. Aside from that, I have absolutely no complaints about this seat. We were able to get a very secure install, my little girl seems to be comfortable, and I feel she is very well protected. We transitioned from the Chicco Keyfit 30 to this seat, so it is a little different to use, but it isn't bad at all. The straps are not hard to loosen, as I'd previously read. Just pull the chest clip, and it's easy.
