The BOB Weather Shield is made of PVC-coated nylon with clear Mylar windows. The weather shield is ideal for keeping rain and chilly winds off of children, and the windows enable children to retain a clear view outside. Because the seams are high frequency welded, it makes the weather shield waterproof and the vents are positioned to allow for proper airflow while providing the protection from the elements.
