Perfect for uneven terraine

While this version is discontinued, I'm sure the newer versions are just as great. You honestly can't beat it for the price. BOB's are popular for a reason, because they're great to maneuver and easily glide over any terrain. We have A LOT of strollers, including a high-end stroller, and this is our go-to for any activity where we aren't going to be on smooth roads. There's decent basket space and the adjustable handle is great for parents of different heights.
Pros
  • Great maneuverability, goes over any terrain, reclines for comfort, great push.
Cons
  • It's HEAVY. As you'd expect it's pretty darn heavy and it takes up a lot of room. If you have a car or smaller trunk space be prepared to lose a lot of space. It's also a bit of a cumbersome fold and takes some strength to really snatch it and close it up.

I have been using this stroller as our only stroller for the past 15 months since my baby was born and it has been a great fit for us! We didn’t have space to keep more than one stroller when our girl was born and I knew I wanted to get back into jogging when she was old enough so we purchased this as our only stroller. It is well made, easy to clean, and simple to use. It is bulky if using for everyday use and I have not taken it into many stores due to that, but it hasn’t been an issue for me personally (I just use a carrier). For jogging it is quite smooth and easy to maneuver. Seems to be comfortable for my girl (hard to know for sure since she doesn’t talk yet!) All in all I’m very happy with this purchase!

I actually don’t jog. It’s my hubby who prefers a stroller with big wheel. When he did research online he fell for BOB, especially he saw another father comments that BOB save his son review, then my hubby was sold. We went to store to window shop and feel the tire product and found it was the best among other jogging stroller. We used to look for a used one but at the end since this stroller can be used up to 4-5 years, we decided to buy a new one when it was on good promotion, because our baby deserves the best. We test drivewe it for several time and we both like it. I also bought a Graco infant car seat to make our own travel system. The adapter is too expensive so we bought a used one from Facebook market place. My baby will come soon and hope she enjoys it too.

After quite a bit of research online for strollers for child on the way, I decided to go with this stroller. After watching several parents at Disney, I decided to go with the bright green and black color setup to make it easily ID’d as mine. It arrived in about 4 days, packaged great, easy assembly, and rolls with just 1 finger pushing it, in grass it’s easily controlled with 1 hand. Material looks and feels to be high quality, folding is as easy as squeezing the triggers on handle, pull red cable and its flat on the ground, light enough to lift into my truck even though I have extreme back issues and disability from the Air Force. We also order3d the snack tray and adapter bar for our Pipa Nuna LX car seat. As I said, baby’s not here yet but feel this is going to be a great stroller for us as our first son is into baseball and soccer and always seems to play on furthest field from parking. Can’t wait to put kid in it and hit the road and trails with it, will do another review once we get some use out of it. Great so far...

I'm not a big jogger, but I spend a ton of time outdoors and plan to bring my son to lots of events when he's big enough. I needed something that could go from the farmers market to a bumpy dirt trail/gravel/sandy trail at a park. I did SO MUCH research to find perfect all terrain stroller and the BOB is it. I watched review videos, read comparison blogs, fact checked dimensions, you name it. It turns and glides amazingly, handles everything I've tried it on, and it's very easy to work. I even got the chicco adapter for our fit2 and it works great as our only stroller. I also compared (agonized) between the flex 2.0 and 3.0 for a while before realizing the biggest difference in them is the color patterning/reflective strip and the velcro on the 2.0 vs magnets on 3.0. Otherwise they're essentially identical products. Yes the baskets are the same size! It wasn't worth the extra money for me. I find the stroller easy to fold as I'm 5'9" but I can see how it would be cumbersome for a shorter individual. The weight is prett average for a jogger and worth it! Get this one!

This stroller is very large, which we love. Even though it is large it turns very nicely in small spaces. Roomy for larger children. The ride is extremely smooth and has a great suspension. The basket could be a bit bigger however I think the 3.0 has that as an update. I love this stroller for the mall and anything we do outside. The seat is padded nicely. Folds up compact for storage and isn’t extremely heavy *compared to another jogging stroller we have that is too heavy to pick up and stands too tall for me to carry, I’m 5’4â€. The sun shade could be bit higher up on the frame or be moveable for older children and does not always stay “clicked†into place when opened all the way- I did read that in other reviews before purchase , but hoped it was just a here and there flaw.

Now I know what all the fuss is. This stroller to is super light and so easy to open, collapse and carry! I previously had the Joovy Ultralight Jogging stroller and although it was pretty light, opening and closing the stroller was simple picking it up and putting it in my van was cumbersome, to say the least. There wasn't anywhere to grab the stroller. With this Bob, I can grab it by the pull that you collapse it with, grab it by the sides in my van and have it mostly open by the time I get it on the ground. Very happy with this purchase.

I put this stroller on my registry specifically because it's an all terrain stroller, has a swivel wheel, and is good for long distance running. Once I received it and after I had my son, I realized it had SUCH a smooth ride, although it's bulky to fold it does fold nicely, and I liked that I could put my carseat in it with an adapter. As a long distance runner, I began putting some heavy miles on the stroller. The user manual says when running the wheel needs to be locked. However, when locked the stroller does not turn unless you lift up the front wheel and reposition the back wheels, which as my other fellow runners know, doesn't happen with ease when running. So I kept the wheel unlocked when running because it was much easier and in my head, why have a swivel wheel if it's meant to be locked all the time. As time went on, the wheel loosened and began to wobble when on any terrain that was even slightly bumpy. There is absolutely no way this stroller could be used on trails smoothly. Even with the wheel locked, bumpy trails need to be navigated and if the locked wheel ONLY keeps it going straight, the runner will be spending more time repositioning the stroller than actually running. Don't be fooled by the "all terrain" description on the product details.
I would not recommend this stroller to runners. Whoever constructed this stroller was not a runner. I WOULD recommend this stroller to active moms who are out and about a lot (Disney, walks...etc.). I am very disappointed with this stroller and feel like it does not match the price point.

I did tons of research before I bought our BOB for our first grandchild and so glad I went with this one. I don't run but I wanted a stroller I could use anywhere and the BOB is perfect. The kids have a different brand of jogging stroller for their use and it doesn't even come close for ease of using. We use it for walks, shopping, and going everywhere, plenty of storage, and so smooth and easy to push. It takes to grass, dirt paths, paved surfaces, indoors, outdoors, any surface with ease. Our granddaughter loves it! The canopy keeps her shaded and the ride is so smooth she even falls asleep comfortably. We highly recommend this stroller!

BOB Revolution Flex definitely meets the expectations of a jogging/running stroller. Big wheels and good suspension which provides a smooth ride. Our two years old boy loves the position of the seat which is higher than other strollers we have (and we have 4 other ones for our two kids including City Select, City Micro, GB Pockit and an umbrella that can recline. I know who needs 5 strollers, right?) Our 2yo did pass out in the stroller the first time I took it out for a slow run. The only concern we have is that there does not seem to have much head room left for our 2yo to grow with and our boy is an average sized 2yo. Hope our eyes are just deceiving us. :)

We love our BOB Revolution Flex. It is an excellently crafted product that is sturdy and perfect for any weather conditions, including those snowy slushy conditions you get in winter parking lots. It is fairly large even when folded down - it will take up the entire hatch of a small SUV. But it pops up and goes down really easily. I'm not crazy about the storage basket below - it's too small of a space to fit the diaper bag so it goes largely unused unless I'm shopping and have smaller bags that fit. I like that the height of the handle is adjustable, and the extra fold-down sun shield is very helpful in the summer. I wish there was a BOB ride-on toddler board that you could attach, as it's very difficult to find a quality product in another brand that has consistently positive reviews.

I love this stroller! Worth every penny I saved! I needed a good jogging stroller so I could jog with my baby. I did a ton of research and this stroller always came out on top. Just s smooth ride! I love that the front wheel can either swivel for walking or lock for long runs. The sun shade gives plenty of coverage. I love the pockets on the inside for my daughter to store her snacks and hold her water bottle. When she was younger I would put her portable sound machine in there and she never made a peep on our runs. This stroller is STURDY! I know its going to last a long time.

The updated Bob is great. This is my third Bob stroller. I bought a single with my first child in 2010 prior to the adapters for the infant seats or snack trays. I then sold it and got the duallie because our oldest are 19 months apart. Both strollers were great for walks and runs around the neighborhood and trips to Disney and the beach. I just received the updated single Flex for our third girl. The updates to the brake bar, single hand adjustment for reclining the seat in various positions, and the update to the handlebar adjustments are great. I also like the larger sunshade. I don't like that the adapter holes remain open at all times. The duallie had covers that allowed for open and closing so little fingers couldn't get pinched or stuck. Overall, I'm excited to get this stroller out on the open road.

I love this stroller. It takes on the beach with no problems, my son seems so comfortable in the seat, and the basket underneath is huge! The only thing it's missing is an included cupholder. Since it is a jogging stroller, most people run with a bottle of water, so that would be helpful. Also, it meneuvers incredibly however, it is a bit large for shopping inside stores.

We bought in May/June 2017, it has been our daily stroller. It is easy to push, my daughter likes to sit inside. The only downside is too heavy, I will have to order a lightweight stroller if travel.

I upgraded from a 2014 revolution to a 2016 revolution flex because I run so much and wanted the adjustable handles for a better fit, but I have had tire issues the last 6+ months that is giving me a headache. Wishing I had just kept the stroller that worked. Now my stroller shakes and I have to fill up my tires with air more frequent than I would like. Going to try and get new intertubes one last time, but if it doesn't work I am going to be severely disappointed and have to change this to one star. Not having a smooth ride defeats all the cool features!

I'm really sad about this stroller. I really liked it and use it to run a few times a week. I've had so many problems with the back tires I don't know what's going on. Within the last 6 months I've replaced the tubing on both tires TWICE and literally every time I go to run the tires are flat so I just know I have to pump up the tires each time. This is SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK! I'm really disappointed in it, and will not be buying a double when I have another child.

This stroller is just too good. I got it to run with but it's now my go-to stroller for everything. It's a dream to push while running b/c it's so smooth and glides and easy. It literally goes with the slightest push and minimal effort. We also took it to Disney World and Disneyland - managed through big crowds, my 3 year old loved it and even napped in it - he never naps in the stroller. So much space for all of our gear and was just perfect. Don't hesitate to get this stroller. It's perfection.

My husband and I bought this stroller in 2015 and are sorely disappointed with the wheels...for a $400 stroller, we expected better quality. We love the actual stroller part (as does our daughter), and I like to run with it...however the quality of the tires is absolutely HORRIBLE. When we received the stroller from the get-go, the tires were flat and had to be replaced-quite literally 4 times in the first month 1/2 we had the stroller. BOB worked with us at first and replaced even the plastic wheel, thinking maybe there was a defect, but then told me they couldn't help if I ran over a thorn or a splinter of wood (even though I run/walk in my neighborhood). In the year and a half we've owned the stroller, we have LITERALLY had to replace the tubes in the tires 15 times because of how thin the rubber on the actual wheel is. BOB advertises these strollers as being able to withstand a lot, but the only place I've run with my stroller is in my neighborhood, not on trails or anything like that. I'm just very disappointed at the low quality of the wheels and in the future probably won't buy another BOB stroller unless they fix the quality of the tires/wheels.

Just got my BOB and so far love how easy it is to push, turn and collapse. Biggest complaint is that the canopy partially retracts on itself when I'm walking. Called BOB and they said the canopy is probably too tight and are sending me a new canopy. This is the biggest complaint on the BOB website so I guess I should have done a little more homework before purchasing. Compared to my Phil and Ted Vibe, this stroller is wider and feels a little heavier. I do love the sun protection that comes from the canopy when it's working correctly which I didn't have with the Phil and Ted. We'll see how easy it is to replace the canopy before I decide if I would recommend to a friend. .
