What is Open Box?
Open-box items are brand-new finds that were simply returned or had their box opened along the way. We lovingly inspect each one to make sure it’s complete, safe, and ready for a second chance at a happy home, although some may show small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect use.
Where Do They Come From?
Our open-box treasures come from a few different places. Some are items that were returned unused, some were opened for photos or videos, and others arrived in boxes that got a little scuffed up. No matter where they come from, each one is fresh, complete, and ready for its new adventure with you.
Warranty Coverage
Open-box purchases include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Open-box items include everything you’d get with a brand-new product. We double-check every piece and accessory, and if anything’s missing, it won’t hit the shop. They ship in the original packaging, which may look a little compromised but is perfectly intact!

And now, YOYO gets a makeover and becomes YOYO2, for even greater comfort and practicality. The YOYO2 stroller folds and unfolds with one hand, can be carried over the shoulder, slips in anywhere, stores easily and travels as carry-on baggage* both in the 0+ and 6+ version.
The YOYO2 stroller grows with your child. Choose which seat variant to fit onto the frame and tailor it to your needs:
- The 0+ newborn pack will carry your baby safely from birth, lying facing you.
- The 6+ color pack allows your child to sit up facing the road, from 6 months onwards.
With its aluminum alloy, stainless steel and fiber-glass reinforced technical plastics, your stroller will last for several generations.
And in order not to make our old versions of YOYO obsolete, all the BABYZEN products and accessories that fit YOYO2 also fit YOYO+
