Hard to steer
March 17, 2016
We've had this stroller and used it for over a year, finally feel like I can weigh in on it. Bought it for it's flexibility (rear and forward facing, how cool!) Although that aspect is great, it is very hard to steer. Impossible to do so with one hand. And you may think, "When do I need to steer with one hand?". The answer is, ALL THE TIME. If you want to take a drink of water, answer your phone, walk your dog, then honestly don't get this stroller. Even with two hands it's hard to steer, and like other reviewers stated, the wheels do seem flimsy. The cup holder also falls off all the time and is basically unusable. Which doesn't seem like a big deal until you try to hold your coffee in one hand and steer with the other...(see above.) We also bought the car seat adapters so we could use our car seat. Nice in theory, but REALLY annoying to use. It does fold nicely and isn't too heavy. But after 1 year of use and another baby on the way, we're trading ours in. If we had known all of these things before we purchased, would have bought a different stroller.

Love The Fold
March 15, 2016
I love this stroller, especially for the east fold and unfold. It's not too heavy that it's a problem to carry to and from the car and fold up pretty small, so it's easy to store when not in use. The color is great, very vibrant, and the fabric holds up well to my generally "gross" toddler.

Compact & useful
March 15, 2016
I bought this stroller for my 2nd baby. With my first I had a huge chicco travel system that I never used, it was so big & took up so much room in my truck. I love the baby jogger vue, I've had it for a year now. It looks very nice, love the solid black. It folds compact & takes up so much less space than the big travel systems. I can even lay it across the floorboard in the back seat if need be. It's a great height, no bending over to push, comfy handles, basket underneath & I love the huge sunshade! Probably the biggest draw to the vue over other brands was the ability to switch the seat direction. You can make baby face you, or face out. It's super easy to switch, you just push the button & push/pull the seat. My older daughter was 2 when the baby was born, so she would walk & I would face the baby towards me in the stroller, then when she got tired of walking I would move the baby to my tula carrier & face the stroller out for my 2 year old. It worked great for us! Overall it's a great stroller & I recommend it to all my friends!

we love it!
March 15, 2016
Having a parent-facing stroller was very important to us, so when I found a stroller with a parent-facing option that was also a compact, lightweight umbrella-style stroller, I just had to have it! My daughter is now 2 years old, and we still love this stroller. We can switch her back and forth between modes based on her mood - outward facing for fun, and parent-facing for nap time!

Beware cup holder can snap off with hot coffee inside very easily. Very very flimsy. Not easy to maneuver. Not a high quality product. Seat is not comfy for baby either.

Very disappointed with this purchase
August 27, 2015
Paid full retail price for the stroller+carseat+adaptor+cupholder+pad=way too much for this tippy/bulky '' revolutionary reversible stroller ''.Conopy is big,but flimsy, always clicking;the seat (not flat at all to use for newborns) is short,hard,uncomfortable-using a pad or blanket underneath always.Bought another cupholder as that one is ''not working''.Cannot use carseat and canopy at the same time, need to take the canopy off and then to attach adaptor and carseat.

Best travel stroller out there!
August 19, 2015
We got this stroller specifically for travel. I love that it can be used for babies, all the way up to toddlers. It has fantastic features such as a seat that can face forward or backward and a five point harness. The seat pad is machine washable which is a huge plus! I also like that it folds like an umbrella stroller, but is made so much sturdier than the typical umbrella stroller. We traveled to Las Vegas recently, and this stroller held up well and was comfortable for my daughter with all the walking we did. I found it easy to convert to forward or backward facing. I also liked how easy it was to unsnap the seat and throw it right into the wash. It came out looking like new! My only complaint would be the basket underneath. It is small and kind of difficult to access. Overall, I love this stroller and think its the best travel stroller out there!

Disappointed - my cup holder just snapped off :(
June 22, 2015
The quality of this stroller is not the Baby Jogger standard I am use to & I doubt the retailers who sell this in Edmonton have replacement parts (or even care - both retailers wash their hands of you once they have your money - just a fact). After only using this for 9 months the cup holder just snapped off spilling my cold drink everywhere (luckily it didn't get any on my child). I've only used this stroller during the warmer summer months & again just this May. I've always kept it inside & never in the cold garage or trunk of my car (except for transporting) - which is why this is so disappointing. I have three other "ROBUST" jogging type strollers & all of these are indestructible but lack the parent facing seat & cup holder. Being so happy with my city mini gt I went ahead and bought this one too. I paid the FULL CANADIAN RETAIL price LAST YEAR (they are now discounting these everywhere) & in hindsight I should have just stuck with my city mini. This will end up in the garage sale where i'll be lucky to get $50 for it. Brutal re-sale value. A couple other points - IT IS VERY Tippy...plan on carrying EVERYTHING if your kid wants to face you... hard to close - definitely a TWO HAND & no flip-flop job... Small "storage" basket has a hole (have no idea how/why it does because i never use it)... the wheels are completely battered from just regular mall/sidewalk/science centre/zoo use. I've had to purchased an after-market cushioned seat protector for the parent facing seat because it seemed very uncomfortable for my child to have a hard seat crossbar across his knees when in this position & he refused to sit in it until I placed this in. Sigh, just go out and buy a cheaper umbrella stroller and avoid this one or go for a different "high end" brand & skip this trendy "parent facing" gimmick - wish i had.

Broken harness
March 31, 2015
While securing my baby in the Vue for its second use, I noticed a piece of the harness had snapped off. I exchanged the stroller and had the same thing happen a week later with a different plastic piece of the 5 point harness. Regular use should not cause such a problem. I expected better quality for the price.

Overpriced and Hard to Close
March 23, 2015
I bought this item because it was one of the only "umbrella" type strollers that had a forward facing seat and it had great reviews, especially for ease of use/closure. From the day I opened the box and until now, the stroller does not close easily at all; I have to fight with it to close. Other issues are: 1) although there is a front facing option, you can barely fit through the stroller handles to get the child in/out. The front facing option looks and feels uncomfortable underneath the child; 2) The basket is almost inaccessible; Some pluses: 1) the suspension system/wheels are sturdy and the stroller moves well; 2) the canopy provides good coverage.

I bought this stroller so I could use it with my 30lbs 36in toddler (it goes to 55lbs) until my newborn came. He is already too big for it!!!! The seat back to leg drop is very short. Not for taller older babies. I will love it reversed for my newborn though. I'll stick with my city mini for my toddler, he fits so much more comfortably and the storage is way better, its also easier to fold and weighs the same!

Best umbrella stroller
November 21, 2014
We live our Vue! The only bad thing about it, is the unusable undercarriage basket!! It's pointless and disappointing! Closing and opening the stroller is a bit difficult too! I tend to fiddle with it for two or three minutes typically. However, the rest of the stroller is amazing!! The best canopy ever! We love being able to lay our son all the way down when he naps! And last but not least, the transition between seeing us or the world, which our son loves!! This would be the best umbrella stroller if it weren't for the basket but it was with giving up to get all the other awesome qualities!!

November 8, 2014
If you are a mom who is over losing your arm to the weight of a full sized stroller just so you can have your baby face you this is THE stroller!!! I'm in love. Easy, lite, comfy, dependable, excellent! Only down the cup holder and storage. Cup holder should be fixed so your drink doesn't spill. Storage is small but I hang my full diaper bag on the handles and it doesn't tip so no biggy. So happy with my purchase!

Disappointed!
November 6, 2014
I bought this based on the great reviews and the online pdf said adapters were available for a chicco car seat. But after I bought it I realized it is not available. I got in touch with customer service and they were not willing to do anything to help. The wheels are really not that great and is not the easiest to work with. Other than the ability to go to a full recline I am really disappointed.

Love this stroller. The turn around to face you feature is the best!. Quality of materials (exceptional). However, the cup holder (very flimsy).. tires still wondering about lasting..and there is no child tray made for it yet. Ordered cooler that hold 6 bottles. It fits and works. Tray did not. Over all, happy, happy with it. Worth it for the facing u feature. Hope they make a child's tray that fits soon.

Not worth the price
September 15, 2014
I bought this stroller at the beginning of the summer. I liked it at first although I didn't care for the way the stroller reverses as it's the seat rather then the handles that reverse. It makes the stroller bulky and there is really no access to the basket underneath. The cup holder doesn't hold a drink, the locking clip has fallen off and the wheels are already squeaking. The only thing I do really like is the large canopy. I wish I would have picked a different stroller.

Great travel stroller!
September 5, 2014
I wanted this stroller specifically for traveling. I wanted a stroller that was sturdy, yet folded compactly for storage in my vehicle. We recently took a road trip across the country and used our Vue quite often for walking/touring sights and also shopping and restaurants. I love how easy it opened and closed. It maneuvers easily and I love that it switches from forward facing to rear facing in a flash! The best part was when we returned from our trip, I was able to easily unsnap the seat pad for washing! Even after all that use and spills, etc, it looks brand new still! My only complaint would be the storage basket underneath. It is extremely tiny and hard to access. We weren't really able to use it for anything.

Love the Rear Face Umbrella- Though Bulky
September 4, 2014
I love this feature of rear facing- very useful for toddler conversations and commuting! I imagine it owuld also be great for a little baby too. However the stroller feels heavy and clunky and not as smooth compared to my jogger... but that is probably the umbrella part of it... You also have to be really careful with the seat fold- not to let it jam. The unfrt basket doesn't exist basically- but you can use the extra side of the seat which is nice and I got a extra basket bag thing to put on the side. Cup holder is horrible- all spills. Overall I really like the features of this umbrella- great for a growing toddler who likes options!

Great everyday stroller!
August 14, 2014
The Vue is a very unique on-the-go umbrella stroller. Not only is it lightweight, easy to use, comfy and stylish, it is also versatile in that it is front and rear facing! I use it with my 7 month old while walking our dogs and we love it! It has a large canopy that provides great shade coverage. Although the basket is small and may not fit a diaper bag, it can still fit most baby essentials. It's also cool that it's reversible because although baby is extroverted and likes to see people and look out into the world, sometimes he likes to face me and is happy to look at just mommy... And if baby is happy, then mommy is happy!

Love my Vue stroller but...
July 6, 2014
I bought my vue a couple weeks ago & have since used it extensively for summer strolling. My son loves the comfy seat & the reverse option is easy & amazing in an umbrella stroller. My only negative comment would be the wheels seem a little flimsy & I'm worried this won't last more then one season. ): Just got home from a summer fair & they look really rough & badly worn...plastic doesn't seem to hold up to flat sidewalk walking...would've loved to gain a pound or two in this strollers weight to have rubber ones instead. Just a thought (:

Already have a Maclaren and wasn't happy with the recline and small canopy. The Vue solved both things and more. I can have my one year old face me if he is having a snack or for more shade. But the canopy is great. The largest one on the Market.

I absolutely love this stroller, it's great for my husband as hes over 6 feet. I recommend this to everyone! The only down side to this stroller is the cup holder I finally attached it the other day when I went out to my kids track meet and as I was pushing the stroller down a little slope the cup holder tipped and split my drink I don't think I'll be using the cup holder as it happened a second time lol but I wouldn't change this stroller otherwise :)

So versatile!
May 12, 2014
I actually won my Vue stroller on a Facebook giveaway. I was in need of a new umbrella type stroller so it was so perfect that I won it. It was very easy to assemble. I was able to do it all myself in a short amount of time. I watched a video posted online to learn how the stroller switched from forward facing to rear facing. It is so easy to switch from one to the other. I love that it can totally recline to accommodate a small infant. Another great feature are the handles. They are quite tall so very comfortable for a taller person. It rolls beautifully and maneuvers easily. I like the cup holder accessory that comes with it. That's a nice bonus! It folds easy and just like any other umbrella type stroller so great for travel and storage. The only drawback to this stroller is the storage basket. It is very difficult to access and doesn't hold much. Also, it is quite heavy for an umbrella stroller, but so worth it because you know it is quality construction and materials!
