    What is Open Box?

    Open-box items are brand-new finds that were simply returned or had their box opened along the way. We lovingly inspect each one to make sure it’s complete, safe, and ready for a second chance at a happy home, although some may show small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect use.

    Where Do They Come From?

    Our open-box treasures come from a few different places. Some are items that were returned unused, some were opened for photos or videos, and others arrived in boxes that got a little scuffed up. No matter where they come from, each one is fresh, complete, and ready for its new adventure with you.

    Warranty Coverage

    Open-box purchases include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

    The seats of the Vueâ?¢ Double reverse in seconds so you can stroll with both children facing you, facing the world, or one facing each way without having to remove the seats to adjust.

    Umbrella Fold

    Just press your foot up then down on the release levers and the Vueâ?¢ Double folds down in an instant. The carrying handle makes lifting and carrying your folded stroller a breeze.

    Travel System

    The Vueâ?¢ Double can become a travel system in a heartbeat! Our car seat adapters* can hold one or two car seats - ideal for twins, or a soft pram can be added to either side or both sides for the littlest of passengers. (Car seat, Car Seat Adapter and Soft Pram sold separately)

    The Seat

    The seats of the Vueâ?¢ Double have multiple recline positions in either direction and each seat comes with a removable padded neck support. Parent facing mode has an adjustable footrest to support smaller legs.

    The Wheels

    You can adjust the 6� lightweight front wheels to swivel for your daily obstacle course or lock in place for long distance strolling.
