I love baby jogger
March 8, 2021
I had a baby jogger city select for my 2 older boys about 2 years ago and I absolutely loved it. I had other brands before it and they don’t compare. So naturally I knew I wanted a baby jogger this time around I have no need a
For a second seat so I got the premier. Just as I expected, I love it! Lots of under carriage space room seat for baby, room for baby to grow, double windows on big canopy. And of Course looks super cool 😎
Cons
  • Canopy doesnt stay open when reclined

This is a wonderful stroller, especially for the price. The option to face outward or parent face is my favorite thing about this stroller, along with the huge bottom basket. It glides very smoothly, though I haven’t used it outside yet- still waiting for baby to arrive. It is a little larger front to back than I expected but it’s a great luxury stroller!
Pros
  • Large basket
  • Parent facing option

Luxury stroller for a fraction of the price!
October 30, 2020
This is our second time purchasing a city premier stroller by Baby Jogger. It comes with a large basket, 50 pound weight capacity, large shade, faces both ways, multiple incline options, the foot rest incline is also adjustable ! We like to incline on the lowest setting and pull the foot rest forward using the two buttons on the side for when baby is asleep making it super comfortable. We love the luxurious feel and look of this stroller and recommend to Family and friends !

Looks great but I wouldn’t buy again
July 31, 2020
I really want to love this stroller. The dark blue indigo is gorgeous and looks so classy. The versatility of the forward to rear facing seat is convenient. The basket underneath is huge. The adjustable height parent bar is great.
Ok, so the cons that I just can not get around. I had to buy the glider board for my older kid, a snack tray for the baby and a parent console for me. That all added up fast for those additional accessories. Then, It doesn’t stand up when folded. This sucks because I know the plastic frame is going to get all scratched up when I have it sitting in the garage. Also, the wheels in the front for some reason keep locking to the fixed setting instead if swiveling so I have to constantly reach down and push the button. (Not sure what I’m doing wrong) and the biggest thing I can’t get around, the weight of this thing! I literally have to get momentum to kind of swing it up into my trunk. And with the glider board attached it’s even worse. While I love to look at it, if given the choice, I wouldn’t buy it again. I wish it would’ve been on display in a store somewhere so I could’ve realized all this in person. But I tried my luck online because it’s a great looking AND reputable brand stroller

Great Stroller! Canopy...eh
July 12, 2020
Absolutely love our City Premier! It fits older toddler great. The recline is fantastic. I love that we can add a rider board if we have another child. The only con I have is the canopy. We did receive a 2016 model which is fine! It was a great price! But the canopy window was foggy/cloudy from being in a box for 4 years and it won’t stay open when the seat is reclined. So I did replace the canopy with a Bugaboo donkey Breezy canopy, clamps, and wires. Now the stroller is PERFECT! I wish I would have started with this stroller 3.5 years ago!
Pros
  • Easy push
  • Easy fold
  • Parent facing option
  • Rider board option
  • Hand break
  • Deep recline
Cons
  • Canopy window is foggy
  • Canopy does not lock into place so it falls down when seat is reclined

  • Easy to assemble
  • Can adapt to many different infant car seats
  • Looks great
  • Quality materials
  • Baby Jogger has great customer service
  • Can accommodate two children
  • Huge cargo area
Cons
  • Cons

  • Pretty heavy compare to others of the same style but are at much higher price points
  • Won?t stand up on its own when I?m the stowaway position
  • Replacement parts can be pricey

Very happy
September 15, 2019
I have been using this stroller for a few months now and I'm very pleased with it. I purchased the baby jogger deluxe bassinet to use with my city premier stroller. I use my stroller several times a day, easily popping it in and out of my trunk. I even use the stroller while grocery shopping, filling up the very roomy storage basket under the bassinet. Handles beautifully and it is easy to navigate the stroller through doorways. I'd highly recommend this stroller.

Looks good so far...
September 11, 2019
This is my first experience buying through Albee Baby and I was really happy. I don't know why there are negative reviews - my stroller came sooner than the predicted arrival date and it was in one piece. The price was better than anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this company.
The stroller itself appears to be a great piece. It's the compromise between the City Select and the GT. I purchased this stroller for my new baby, which isn't due yet, so I haven't actually managed to try out the stroller on the road. It does feel quite heavy but that also gives it more stability than the GT.
I will say, other people have commented that the hood doesn't snap open and I admit that this is a bit of a negative feature.
All in all though, I am satisfied with my purchase and look forward to using my new stroller!
Pros
  • - big wheels
  • - large basket
  • - compact fold parent and world facing
Cons
  • - hood doesn't open full
  • - no accessories included; rain cover, belly bar

This is a terrific stroller
August 1, 2019
We love this stroller. It folds very compact for being a full size stroller. It is easy to use with the Britax adapter for the infant seat. It has multiple positions for the seat and handlebar, which is helpful since my husband is a full foot taller than I am. It has a large easily accessible basket unlike the city minis that we have had in the past. The seat height is also much taller than the older city mini and city mini gt, which my very tall children outgrew quickly (around 2.5 years old). With this stroller, It is made for taller kiddos; I put my 46" 5 year old in this stroller to see how he fit in it and his head just barely hit the shade! However, I think it is important to note that it is a full size stroller and is heavy just like a full size stroller.
Pros
  • Large easily accessible basket
  • Great for taller children
  • Multiple riding positions without having to pay for additional pieces
  • Easy breaking system that does not require you to use your feet (Great for sandal wearers)
  • Adjustable handlebar
  • Smooth easy ride
  • Great turning radius and maneuverability
  • Easy to use accessories (Infant seat attachment, tray, etc)
  • Folds very compact for a large stroller
Cons
  • Our one and only complaint with this stroller is that it has no way to stand up in the folded position.

Best Stroller Ever
June 18, 2019
This stroller is my all time favorite and I've had many of them over the last decade of parenthood. This stroller can be pushed with one finger no matter how much stuff you load into it. It handles walks through the woods just as easily as a stroll through the mall. I wanted something that would let me face baby towards me but still fit in my tiny trunk. This stroller folds completely flat, especially the seat, and the wheels even come off to make it even less space consuming. The frame is a bit heavy but its made of metal so its very sturdy. I adore the different recline features and the canopy is HUGE. I get comments every time we go out. Major con is that I had to purchase a separate bar to use my Keyfit seat with this stroller, I wouldn't have minded but that piece cost $60 on sale. The smaller con is there are no cup holders for parents or baby. For the price you pay that really should have been included.
Pros
  • Smooth ride, tiny when folded, huge canopy, sturdy, kid proof locking brake, good looking
Cons
  • Expensive bar needed to use with car seat, no cup holders, heavy, cup/stuff holders cost extra

Even better than expected!
May 15, 2019
I don’t have a single negative comment to make about my stroller this far! The wheels are fantastic in size and maneuverability... such a smooth ride. I’m on the tall side for a female ( 5’10”) so the telescoping handle bar is perfect in that I don’t feel like I’m bending over at all to push the stroller. The number one thing I love the most is the ease at which you can remove or reverse the toddler seat simply by pushing the buttons on either side...I do wish it had cup holders or something but for the price I paid for this stroller on sale I have no qualms spending a little more on a stroller caddy. Can not express enough thanks for the thoughtfulness and engineering they put into designing this stroller. My all time fave so far and I’ve had quite a few.
Customer Images
Pros
  • Telescoping handle bar
  • Easy removal/reversal of the seat
  • Large wheels great on gravel or pavement
  • Locking mechanism on wheels allows wheels to be locked in the turn position or straight
  • Large storage basket
  • Sleek all black frame
  • Teal cushion very comfy
  • Brake system that really works
Cons
  • Stroller caddy needs to be purchased separately if you want cup holders or storage for phone/wallet etc

Amazing stroller, only wish I bought it sooner
May 8, 2019
I have been eyeing this for almost a year. Read all reviews and watched many videos. It is amazing. My child is 1 and I only wish I had it before now. I used a graco travel system followed by a maclaren quest. I wanted something where she could face me and have good sun protection. The stroller is heavy and not the easiest to fold but it is worth it. Many years ago with my older children I had several peg perego strollers, many maclarens and a bugaboo chameleon. This is my favorite by far. It pushes like a dream and baby is super comfy.
Pros
  • Very nice looking
  • Easy to put together
  • Forward and rear facing seat
  • Awesome tires
  • Great sun protection
Cons
  • Heavy but I knew that going in

Great Stroller
March 7, 2019
I searched for months for the perfect stroller and I’m so happy with the purchase.

I was looking for an affordable, parent- and forward-facing stroller with rugged wheels to handle our horrible sidewalks. A smooth ride for my child was my #1 priority. Between the huge, foam filled wheels, the all-wheel suspension, and the removable (washable!) memory foam pad, he now has a comfortable ride. Huge storage!

Potential buyers should know that it is heavy (all modular strollers are about this weight- instead of the stroller and seat sharing a frame, there is an extra frame for the seat and a lot more weight). I use this as my ‘neighborhood and outdoor’ stroller and continue to use my cheap, lightweight Graco in my trunk for shopping, the airport, etc.

Cons- no cupholder with the stroller and no compatible cup holders are available. Canopy is smaller and doesn’t have much airflow. Worried about it being too hot during the summer.
Pros
  • Smooth ride
  • Rugged wheels
  • Handles well
  • Washable memory foam pad
Best Uses
  • Outdoors
  • City
  • Bad sidewalks
Cons
  • No cupholder
  • Less airflow under canopy

Good full size stroller
February 18, 2019
I ordred this stroller for my second baby. Since i am expecting my second baby i have decided to invest into higher quality baby products so i went with the baby jogger brand. I really wanted the city select but as of right now investing into a double stroller is not needed for my family so i went with the next best thing and that is the premier. I feel the quality of this stroller is very nice and much more practical then an uppababy stroller. I also like the basket ia huge. My favorite feature is being able to have the seat facing me. My baby is not here yet but my 5 year old loves sitting in the stroller. I was able to move and turn the stroller one handed with my child in it. I will buy the nuna pipa adapters for it once baby is here. The cons are this stroller is heavy but thats to be expected in a full size stroller. I wish the peekaboo canapy was mesh to allow for easy ventilation. The pros out way the cons and i would recommend this brand to anyone.
Pros
  • Easy to maneuver, good quality
Cons
  • Heavy and no mesh peekaboo window

Great Stroller!!!
February 10, 2019
I’m a mom of 4, and have used a City Select for my first 3 kids (2 seats plus glider board). It’s the best option for a double/triple stroller. So when we had our surprise 4th recently, I wanted a new City stroller but didn’t need any additional seat add ons since there’s a 7 year gap between kid 3 and baby 4. The city premier is perfect for my single stroller needs with this baby! I love the baby jogger brand, and look forward to many years of continued use of this new stroller. PS- baby still uses our old 2011 city select with bassinet attachment for sleeping at home. Great purchase!
Customer Images
Pros
  • Full size
  • Sturdy
  • One-hand navigation
  • Longer seat than city select
Best Uses
  • When you want a luxury stroller for one child.
Cons
  • No double option
  • No included cup holder for parents

Love!
January 13, 2019
I love the style and function of the Baby Jogger strollers but find the price to be a bit on the high end. When I seen the price of the City Premier I couldn’t pass it up and I’m so glad I didn’t! I purchased it for our baby on the way but our almost 4 year old actually fits comfortably in it so I can expect a lot of use out of it. I wasn’t a fan of the teal insert but it was easily removed and now I have the sleek all black look I wanted!

January 2, 2019
We love this stroller. Even my husband loves it and he’s hard to please at times (haha). The push is so nice. It is quite heavy so haven’t be able to use while being pregnant and it sit kinda weird in the rear facing position. The basket is huge and fits so much. I wish Baby jogger would just include the cup holder basket instead of having to pay extra for it since their products are so expensive as is but still my favorite stroller and we have had many different brands.

City Premier Stroller (Shipping and Assembly Only)
April 19, 2018
This product review is only for shipping and assembly at this time - I will update the review after we actually use the stroller in the future/SHIPPING: The product shipped from Albee Baby within a week and we received it in the manufacturer's original packaging via UPS or FedEx delivery. The package was minimally damaged upon receipt, but I assume this was caused by the delivery company. That element is another topic and not worth diving into in a merchant's or product's review.ASSEMBLY: Assembly of this stroller was extremely easy and required no special skills or tools. I expect that most people could complete assembly in less than 10-minutes...unless you take too much time reading every little piece of paperwork that comes in the box (like me). Considering this product carries a baby, I wanted to make sure there were no special circumstances I might overlook. In short, assembly is as simple as depicted in the images...and I didn't have to read all of the papers. It should be noted that the instructions do not indicate on which side the rear wheels are to be installed. That being said, there is a correct side for installation. Make sure the tire treads on front and rear wheels are facing the same direction when pushing the stroller forward. But, it won't make a huge difference if you don't do this, so don't sweat it if you can't figure out this part of assembly.PRODUCT AND EASE OF USE: This will be added in the coming months.
Pros
  • - easy to assemble
  • - lightweight
  • - looks really cool
Best Uses
  • - it's a stroller...for pushing around a young child...in total style
Cons
  • - none yet

Parent Facing Stroller for a Toddler:)
April 12, 2018
I bought this for my 1 year so I could still see him while pushing the stroller. I absolutely love the fact that I can see my baby in the stroller when we go out now! It is very simple to open and close even when in parent facing mode. The stroller is attractive and well made. Very happy with this purchase.
Pros
  • Parent facing option. Nice quality. Attractive design.
Cons
  • It is hard to adjust the seat when the baby is in the stroller. If he is out it is much easier to reline or incline the seat. When the child is parent facing you cannot access the storage underneath from the front where the handles are. The wheels stick out a little on the sides so it is hard to maneuver in small spaces, ex. a restarunt

Sturdy and easy to maneuver
February 23, 2018
This is a great deal for a great stroller! I also purchased the glider board, which works great with the telescoping handle on this stroller. Overall, its so easy to push- with my three year old in the seat and my five year old on the glider board I was still able to push it one handed. It rides smoothly and I like how the child can sit facing me or facing out. Its also extremely convenient to use with an infant car seat because the regular seat can be removed. The footrest extends for an older child and the seat back is tall enough to fit an older child. I really don't understand all the complaints about the sunshade- works fine for me. The stroller is on the heavier side, but I think that also prevents it from being as likely to tip as other Baby Jogger strollers. Lastly, I did originally have troubles with the handle- it was broken on one side and wouldn't lock into place. However I called Albee Baby and they shipped out a replacement immediately all I had to do was box the broken one up and leave it on my porch for UPS pickup. Great service!!

Awesome stroller!
January 21, 2018
I stumbled upon this stroller when I was looking for the city select. We know this is our last baby and wont need a double so it was a great purchase for us. At the price of $199 we really couldn't turn it down!! The stroller was easy to assemble and use, I love the cushion on the seat that allows it to be a different color or we can omit it and have just black, very easy to fold and store in our van, our stroller we had previously was still a bit bulky to fit, my very large 6mo has a ton of room so it will last a long time. We let our 45lb 5yo sit in it and he fit no problem as well with the seat extended (hes 48!) Over all I would absolutely recommend this stroller :)
