Baby Jogger City Mini Travel System - Black/Gray

We love our car seat and stroller combination! Our only frustration is that the car seat does not get secure in the base in our car. We continually re tighten it and it still is wobbly.

I got a chance to try this travel system as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. This is my third stroller and second by Baby Jogger. I love my baby jogger strollers! The City Mini is the perfect stroller if you only have one child to stroll around! I love that it is light weight and easy to pop open. It looks very sleek and maneuvers easily around tight corners. I particularly like using this stroller in shopping malls and department stores because it fits so easily when going through aisles. Folding it up is easy, especially when your alone. I love that it folds up so compact. I keep this stroller in my small sedan and it fits with room to spare! It doesn't come with a child snack tray or parent console, but I believe you can purchase those separately. Now for the car seat. This seat seems very safe. It installed fairly easily and the was no confusion. I love that the straps are so easily adjustable. You do not need to take everything apart as with my other car seat. That was refreshing! The fabric seems breathable and my baby does not get too hot during long car rides. The canopy was a bit awkward though. I had a hard time adjusting it because it was so big, but that is something I can live with though! All in all, this is a great travel system!

I got a chance to try the Baby Jogger City Mini as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel and am very happy with the travel system as a new mom to a three month old baby girl, living in the city. The stroller system was very easy to assemble per instructions and the infant carrier connects in a snap to both the car base and the stroller. The system has a decent sized storage space underneath, as well as a mesh pocket on the backside of the stroller which is convenient for extra blankets, toys, and books / magazines for mom (or dad). The infant carrier has built-in, adjustable support pads which help to prevent our daughter from bobbing around until she has better neck / head support, and since they snap in, they don't move around which allows for ease in getting her buckled in. We find the three wheel model great for maneuvering around the city, and since my husband is a taller man, the higher handle bar is appreciated. We had a stroller system prior to trying this one out but have continued to use this one instead, and would recommend it to others.

This is an awesome, no hassle travel system! I have a one month old and we have been using it as travel system daily thanks to weeSpring Parent Panel! I also use the stroller with my 2 year old and we love it! The stroller is lightweight, has an actual one-handed fold (the best!!), and is overall easy to use. The stroller is super compact and folds flat, which makes it easy for me to take in and out of the car. It has a sleek and streamlined design, it's not bulky or oversized. The stroller has a smooth ride, but I wouldn't recommend it for all-terrain surfaces. It has adequate underneath storage and an almost flat recline. The handle bar has a plush rubber grip, but I wish it was a little lower-it's a bit high and uncomfortable for my 5'2 frame. The car seat is lightweight and has awesome padding/support for my one month old. It's one of my favorite features. It seems so comfy- my baby loves it! I really like how big the canopy is and the UV protection, but it's really awkward to open/close. Once I got used to it, it hasn't been a problem, but it remains somewhat annoying. I haven't had any issues securing the car seat into the base or stroller- it's a quick click and go! Overall, this is a lightweight, parent-friendly stroller! Would definitely recommend for everyday use!

I have a rambunctious 60 lb dog who I'm able to walk around the neighborhood and I feel the stroller is perfectly safe and secure even through paws landing up on the side of the stroller. Very easy to navigate as well, I generally keep the front wheel unlocked. My husband and I are both tall (5'7'' and 6'1") and the handlebars come up to a great height for us. We had some trouble figuring out attaching the car seat to the stroller at first, but now it comes on and off easily for us. Car seat goes very securely in my truck as well. The stroller breaks down easily and both stroller and car seat are lightweight and easy to carry. I will definitely be recommending this system to friends. What can I say other than I LOVE this set. This being my fourth baby, I wasn’t really in the market for a new car seat or stroller, but I am so glad I have this travel system. As a licensed daycare provider and a mom of 4 children, I have tried out many brands and styles of strollers: singles, umbrella, doubles, joggers, double joggers, and even a triple stroller. This one has been by far my favorite. The travel system came in two boxes and was very simple to take out and put together. The stroller is sleek, light, and gives my little one very smooth ride. Because of the swivel front wheel, the City Jogger is easy to turn and allows a light and smooth push. The front wheel also locks, which allows for a faster pace without causing it to shake. The brake is in the middle of the bottom bar which is easy to reach and easy to push up or down to lock or unlock. The City Jogger’s dark-colored design is very sleek and stylish, while being functional and easy to clean. The visor allows for the child to be fully covered from the sun and weather, which is especially important for infants. There are also see-through pockets on the visor to peek on your little one while they are sitting or in the car seat. Another positive is that the seat also reclines, to put your baby in a more relaxed position. One of the cons for this stroller would be that the back wheels are small for a jogger. I’m only 3 weeks post-partum and I’m curious to see if this makes a difference when I run at a fast pace. But so far, fast walking and light jogging hasn’t been a problem. That said, I also appreciate the small wheels because it allows the stroller to fold up into a small and compact bundle. Overall, the stroller and car seat are a great combo! They look great! They’re sturdy while being light and compactable. They’re highly functional, making transitions in and out of vehicles a breeze for our busy family! I currently have the city select and have loved it for the flexibility of converting to a double/triple stroller. However, the stroller is bulky and requires 2 hands to get in and out of the trunk. i love the one-hand folding feature and the seat reclining. I love that the car seat can be secured in the car without the base. I also like the infant insert cushion. it's more snug than other car seat infant cushions. Even though this is a single stroller, it's great for the quick trips and does not take up too much room in the trunk. Right out of the box, I was impressed with how easy it was to assemble the City Mini stroller. This stroller is nice and light weight, which is working out great for me because I have lots of back problems. The sun shade on this stroller offers great protection, and I love the little windows so I can still peek at what the babe is up to. The storage basket is plenty big enough for my overstuffed diaper bag. The wheels are good quality, and it's effortless to navigate the stroller on paved surfaces. Folding the stroller up too a little trial and error, but now that I know what I'm doing it's pretty effortless. The carseat was pretty easy to install (thankfully!). I love how easy it is to transfer the carseat between the base and the stroller. Like the stroller, the carseat feels sturdy and high quality without being too heavy. I was expecting to be impressed by this stroller system because it's made by Baby Jogger but I was pleasantly surprised that it not only met my expectations but even exceeded them. I got this for my third baby so I've used quite a few different car seats and strollers but this set is by far my favorite. The stroller is so easy to push (even on handed!) and it's light weight and so easy to fold. The canopy is huge and i love how the canopy for the car seat overlaps so my infant is completely protected from the elements. I was a little more wary of the car seat because I have sworn by a different brand for years and didn't think that I would like this better, but I do! It's not too bulky, the fabric is high quality, and I especially love how you don't need to rethread the straps to adjust it. The canopy does get in the way of the carrying handle but that's just because it's such a large canopy and I really like the size of the canopy so it doesn't bother me at all. Living in a more urban area of San Diego, we spend a lot of time in our own cars but also appreciate the flexibility of being able to easily install the car seat in a cab / quickly fold the stroller and throw into a trunk. This has been a great addition for us, and we're glad we had a chance to receive it through the weeSpring Parent Panel.

We absolutely loved this system! We had previously been using a separate car seat and stroller that weren't interchangeable and this has made such a difference in being able to pack things up and travel with our little one. The system is so compact and folds up nicely. It's a nice, lightweight option and we also liked how we could use the stroller for both our newborn and our toddler. The car seat provided ample support to our baby's head and neck which was a huge relief as I'm always worried that he would somehow inevitably slump down into the seat we were previously using. The handle was comfortable to grip and not awkward like other units I've tried out when shopping for a car seat. The system has some nice options such as the large storage basket which helps this mama keep track of her purse and my little one's diaper bag, bottles, snacks, toys, etc. I also really liked the front swivel wheel on the stroller. It made it very easy to steer and manipulate the unit and even worked great with a little added weight from items in the storage basket. Another option I thought was helpful was the protective shade. This came in particularly handy recently during some very warm weather we had. My little guy stayed nice and comfortable and protected from the hot sun while we were out and about. Overall, this compact system holds a mighty punch over a lot of other stroller/car seat systems. We loved the design, it's durability and some of the little extras it was equipped with. This was definitely a winner in our household! We're glad we had a chance to try it as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel.

I can't believe how many great features this Baby Jogger City Mini Travel System has. The stroller is so lightweight, folds down incredibly compact, and folds easier than any other stroller I've ever used. It's very easy to steer, and the brakes are easy to use. The sun shade is a dream to open and close, and provides a great amount of coverage. The car seat is about the same weight of others I've used. It snaps into the stroller very easily with the car seat adapter and also into the base it comes with for the car. It has great padding and seemed comfortable for the baby. My only con for the car seat would be the sun shade. Although it has good coverage, I wish it was as easy to open and close as the one on the stroller. I love the head support provided with the infant car seat! I previously had a similar Britax model and would worry about my child's head slumping to the side while they were sleeping. With this seat, there is no problem! The fabric also seems very breathable which will be great for the summer. My only issue with the seat is the canopy. It is very difficult to maneuver and takes both hands (which can be an issue when juggling a baby and a toddler). As for the stroller, it folds down and opens easily which is a plus. The adapters for the infant car seat make it a cinch to snap it in. I have also tried the stroller with my 40 pound toddler and it was still very easy to drive, which can be a problem with other brands and models. I am not minimalist when it comes to baby gear, so I am comparing this to another full travel system. But I absolutely love this stroller. It is so incredibly light, easy to fold up and it's not bulky. It's really easy to maneuver, even with the carseat, and I love how you can fold the canopy from the stroller and carseat to cover your kid from both sides. I wish the stroller's peekaboo windows on the canopy used magnetic closures instead of velcro. It looks like there isn't that much storage underneath, but it was able to handle my basic target run.

That being said, I don't love the carseat. The canopy on both the seat and stroller are really big which is great, but the one on the seat isn't that easy to fold up or down. For how compact the stroller is, the carseat makes up for in bulk. It is nice to have the ability to use it as a travel system though, and I like that the carseat clicks in and out of the base and stroller with the same buttons instead of having to remember which is for what. When I was deciding on a stroller I felt that I had to choose between something all terrain, very bulky, but smooth or an umbrella stroller that is compact but doesn't have any bells or whistles and doesn't drive smoothly. I have the City Select and it is great for multiple children but it is much larger and I often run into things in the store.

This stroller is the perfect compromise between the two. It's not meant to go "off-roading" but it rides very smoothly and the one handed fold is very convenient when you have your hands full. It is compact and the canopy is very large. The recline is also very generous. I would highly recommend this stroller to anyone in the market for one. It is in my opinion the best stroller in the market.

I also didn't like the canopy because it was difficult to pull in and out but once you do it is very large. With that said the install of the seat is very easy and its the perfect seat if you will be taking the seat AND base in and out of the car or traveling with it. There is also a lot of padding for baby's comfort.
