Missing parts
March 11, 2019
I received this as a gift for my newborn. It would be great except the hardware is missing to attach to the stroller. Help.

Too small for twins
November 28, 2018
While the stroller itself is great, and the quality of all products we ordered from baby jogger is very good - the 2 prams we got for our twins were very disappointing. They're both not even a month old and already don't seem to be comfortable over there because of how small it is. Not a very smart use of money for such a short period of time...

I am looking for an adapter for this bassinet with the city select stroller. I can not find any solution.

I purchased this product for my 3 month old to be used with our City Mini Double GT. We previously had a City Mini single stroller, which we loved, and used a car seat attachment during the newborn stage. However, Baby Jogger doesn't make an attachment for our car seat for the double stroller. After having invested hundreds of dollars in the double stroller, we were told that our old real option for our newborn was to buy the compact pram -- another $150. The pram itself is well made and easy to attach. However, all the marketing materials state that it will work for babies until they're 6 months, and I can't see how that's possible. Our baby, who is fairly thin, is 3 months and is already squished into the pram. While the quality is good (and it should be for the cost), I don't think Baby Jogger has accurately represented how long this can really be used for.

Pricey but awesome
May 27, 2017
I purchased this on sale which made the price less of an issue. I have a chicco infant seat that isn't compatible with the mini gt double so instead of switching to a compatible car seat I decided to get the pram instead. My baby is 9 pounds and 9 ounces and loves this thing. He rides asleep next to his big sister and it does a fantastic job keeping sunlight out of the pram. Far better sun coverage than a car seat. It is also soft and we'll made with handles so you can transfer the pram when baby is asleep or if you want to use it elsewhere outside or in the house witour the stroller. I was hesirant to make this purchase but am so glad I did. It makes the doubke stroller immediately functional with an infant. Some people complain it's too compact and not big enough, but I have a pretty big baby in weight and length and he is snug but still has some room all around him. It should last him until he can ride in the stroller without it. I am happy with my purchase and am using it so much that I definitely feel I am getting my money's worth. If price is the issue wait for a sale or register for it.
Best Uses
  • Easy to transfer baby when asleep in and out of stroller
  • Can be used outside if the stroller on its own
  • Fantastic protection from the sun
  • Price
  • If you have used a pram before the compact one might seem small in comparison
