Small
I purchased this product for my 3 month old to be used with our City Mini Double GT. We previously had a City Mini single stroller, which we loved, and used a car seat attachment during the newborn stage. However, Baby Jogger doesn't make an attachment for our car seat for the double stroller. After having invested hundreds of dollars in the double stroller, we were told that our old real option for our newborn was to buy the compact pram -- another $150. The pram itself is well made and easy to attach. However, all the marketing materials state that it will work for babies until they're 6 months, and I can't see how that's possible. Our baby, who is fairly thin, is 3 months and is already squished into the pram. While the quality is good (and it should be for the cost), I don't think Baby Jogger has accurately represented how long this can really be used for.

Pricey but awesome
I purchased this on sale which made the price less of an issue. I have a chicco infant seat that isn't compatible with the mini gt double so instead of switching to a compatible car seat I decided to get the pram instead. My baby is 9 pounds and 9 ounces and loves this thing. He rides asleep next to his big sister and it does a fantastic job keeping sunlight out of the pram. Far better sun coverage than a car seat. It is also soft and we'll made with handles so you can transfer the pram when baby is asleep or if you want to use it elsewhere outside or in the house witour the stroller. I was hesirant to make this purchase but am so glad I did. It makes the doubke stroller immediately functional with an infant. Some people complain it's too compact and not big enough, but I have a pretty big baby in weight and length and he is snug but still has some room all around him. It should last him until he can ride in the stroller without it. I am happy with my purchase and am using it so much that I definitely feel I am getting my money's worth. If price is the issue wait for a sale or register for it.
ConsPrice If you have used a pram before the compact one might seem small in comparison
Best UsesEasy to transfer baby when asleep in and out of stroller Can be used outside if the stroller on its own Fantastic protection from the sun

Too small
Bought this bag together with the city mini gt double, and I am quite disappointed. Love the stroller, but my daughter is 3,5 weeks old and the bag already seems a bit to small.. She is average size, but there is no way this bag is going to fit until she is six months..

Great for babies and newborns!!!!
We bought this to go with the city mini gt double. It was extremely easy to install and FYI fits in airplane overhead storage (maybe not the really small planes). My little boy loves it. I will lay him down in it and he always falls fast asleep while I'm walking. My 4 yr old loves being able to sit next to his brother. My biggest concern was covering both kids well should it start raining and it covers extremely well. There is a pocket on it and would have liked it on other side as its not really accessible. Plenty of room for growing babies. We have used this at the beach, by the pool, park and in malls. A bit pricy but 100% worth it for our family!!!

Too narrow
Overall quality of manufacturing & material used is great. The pram is too narrow. My daughter is 4 weeks old and can't sleep with both arms up. However there is dead space btw pram & stroller, which could make it much wider. It is just a bad design.

Great for newborn and jogger stroller.
Since the Summit x3 double does not have a carseat adapter, I needing something in order to utilize this stroller with my newborn. This pram/bassinet is very easy to install, although one has to remove the stroller canopy. It comes assembled. Love the "foot apron" as it covers little one from cold and wind. Would prefer that there were a harness for added security. Makes strolling with both my children easy. I have gotten so may compliments on how lovely the pram looks on the stroller.

Comfortable for baby
My daughter loves her pram. We bought a car seat that wasn't compatible with this stroller and it turned out to be a blessing. I love that my baby can look up at the sky when we walk and can take a comfortable nap without me worrying about airway restriction from straps. I get so many compliments walking around town on my "old fashioned" looking stroller. I will be so sad when she doesn't fit into it anymore. Great baby purchase!

A great alternative to the carseat for infants
My son hates his catseat and is too small for the stroller harnessm. He loves his pram. The only downside is its weight and it does not breakdown for storage.

Could not imagine life without it
I originally bought the compact pram for my City Elite stroller because I was planing daily walks in the neighborhood and I didn't want my infant in the car seat for extended times so the pram offered the perfect solution. When my little one was born I used it from the beginning inside the house (ranch style home no stairs), I could have him with me at all times without waking him or moving him too much when going to another room or taking a shower. I gives me great peace of mind to know that he's protected, comfortable and right next to me if he wakes up. I cannot imagine life without the pram ;-)
ProsEasily attached and detached Long enough for larger babies I can close it completely with the sun roof of the stroller if it's windy or too sunny outside Sits slightly elevated in the stroller which is a great benefit for babies with acid reflux
ConsMakes the stroller even heavier (if you have to lift it up and down stairs) Together with the stroller it completely fills up the trunk of my car but that's about all the negative I can find
