Love and hate relationship....
August 12, 2012
This product is hard to review because I love it and hate it at the same time. So I will break it down:What I love: it's cute. Everywhere I go people ask me about it. It is the only stroller I have ever used (and I have 4 children and a serious stroller addiction) that really can be Pushed with one hand and turns on a dime. It really is a smooth ride even on blacktop/roadways. It's a little hard to push in the grass but even then it's not awful. I also love the braking system. I seriously love this stroller!!What I hate: it's a good thing you can push it with one hand because there is no cup holder or parent tray and I haven't found anyone that will work with this stroller. The basket is USELESS. Besides being super small it's super hard to get anything in or out. Useless. This is my mall/ store stroller because theres no storage. When we are gone all day I have to break out my Graco with the nice parent tray and huge basket. This annoys me because I love my quinny. Also, you CANNNOT hang ANYTHING on the handles or it WILL tip backwards. I had a bag with a Pair of jeans and a shirt hanging on the handle and it started going backwards. This is a great (yet expensive) umbrella stroller. Not for long day trips where you need the bells and whistles. In the end I would recommend it to a friend after letting them use mine to see if they pros outweighed the cons for them too

Great for travelling
July 18, 2012
Very good stroller for travelling, does not fit well with quinny umbrella and top of the stroller seems to be a little bit loose.

Cute little stroller!
June 30, 2012
Looks cool and trendy and pretty easy to use. Bought this stroller as a back-up and our daughter loves it! Both strollers bought from Albee baby and we love them both! Great service, delivered promptly and carefully!
Pros
  • Obviously, it looks cool- but we love that its compact and comes with a case!
Cons
  • The wheels are a little noisy and there is no cup holder

Great Stroller Great Price
June 14, 2012
Love this Quinny and love the price even more. Light weight, easy to maneuver, and once you get the hang of it it's easy to fold and unfold (only took a couple is uses). This stroller comes with a rain shield and travel bag. My only con is that when using the travel bag I had to remove two of the wheels to get the bag to close completely. Wasn't really a big deal for me but it is the reason why I didn't give the stroller 5 stars.

Great compact stroller
June 12, 2012
Works great as a travel stroller and for quick shopping trips around town.
Pros
  • Compact, each of the girls like riding in it (they are ages 1 and 4), fits in the back of my car easily, worked well for airline travel and a trip to Disneyland
Cons
  • A little tricky to learn how to fold...but doable once you learn how. Tips over if there is no child in it and you have anything hanging off the handle...but, that helps me to travel light.

Quinny Zapp
June 4, 2012
Have to say that this stroller is just what I expected. It's great to use with my Maxi Cosi infant car seat. It took a bit of trial and error to finally get the knack of opening and closing quickly. But now I can do it in seconds. I got the mandarin color for only $119.99. I also called Cosco and purchased the cobalt seat and canopy to change it up every so often. I even had the cobalt seat and the mandarin canopy on together and that looked great too. It's not for strolls on rough surfaces like brick sidewalks, but it's great for quick errands, asphalt walkways, in and out of stores and in the mall. It folds up nice and small and fits in any trunk with lots of room to spare. Nice for travel. It's not my only stroller. I also have a jogger for those long walks around the neighborhood. Like always, Albee baby was wonderful. It was delivered in just two business days. Very Happy
Pros
  • Small compact fold
  • Easy to get in and out of trunk
  • Easy to click on Maxi Cosi car seat
  • Lightweight
  • Low price
Cons
  • No recline
  • Small basket

Love it
June 4, 2012
The basket is big enough to hold snacks and diapers. The wheels spin on a dime. Perfect for public transportation; it fits in the aisles of the T no problem. I wish it would recline, though (but not many compact strollers do). Although many of the parts are plastic, they're quite strong. Haven't had any issues with functionality at all. Very intuitive to use.
Pros
  • compact
  • good manoeuverability
  • good quality but lightweight
Cons
  • doesn't recline

Great High End Umbrella Stroller
May 18, 2012
This stroller is basically a high end, great quality umbrella stroller. It folds down very compact and is super lightweight. It came with a cool carry bag (which we haven't used and I'm actually not sure when we will) and a rain cover (again, that we haven't used yet). It is very sturdy and seems comfortable to ride in. Our guy is a small nine months but fits in it great. I know a mom with the same stroller and her 2 year old seems equally comfortable in it. It turns on a dime and is great at getting in between tight spaces (especially at the mall). Because it turns so easily it is a little hard to steer on handed but I think that is a fair trade off. There is a very small carry basket underneath which holds almost nothing but that isn'at a problem as I just carry my diaper bag, I am happy to trade the storage space for the compact and lightweight design. My only complaint is that really hard to unfold, you definatley need two hands and sometimes a foot too. I have looked videos online and experimented a lot but can't find a quick, easy way to unfold it one-handed, with baby in the other arm. It folds down much easier but I don't think I could do that one-handed either. Overall I would still reccommend it, even with the unfolding problem as the good greatly outweighs the bad.
Pros
  • -lightweight
  • -manuverable even in tight spaces
  • -folds up easily and very compact
  • -nice bright colour
  • -sturdy construction
  • -appears comfortable to sit in
Cons
  • -very hard to unfold, impossible to fold up one-armed

Even though this stroller doesn't recline, my son started using it at 2 months old and does very well with it. Extremely satisfied with the compact folding, which is the main reason we chose it.
Pros
  • folds up easily
  • very compact
Cons
  • does not recline
  • small storage basket

Great stroller
December 13, 2011
I already have the Baby Jogger City Select double stroller for my twins, but needed a single stroller for easy travel just with one baby. After a lot of research between the Uppa Baby G-Lite and Peg Perego Plico I picked the Quinny Zapp. It was so easy to assemble, even I was able to do it, without the manual. Delivery was extremely fast, I ordered it on Thursday morning and had the stroller at home on Tues noon! Free shipping! Great price and color selections. The first time I put my baby in it, he was so happy and laughing a lot!!! I love it!
Pros
  • easy to assemble, drives great, comes with travel bag and a rain cover, looks great, baby loves it.
Cons
  • folding not as easy as the City Select, would be nice it it comes with a handle bar and a parent console, but not a deal breaker.
