I got the 2010 model of this stroller, but a screw kept coming loose on it, and the company promptly replaced my defective 2010 model with the 2011. First of all, I must say that Regal Lager (company providing customer service for Cybex) was really first-rate, and within hours of my call, the issue was settled and the new stroller was on my doorstep within a few days. Secondly, the 2011 model really solved my issues with the 2010 -- it has a superb canopy, a looser brake (the old one was impossible to kick off), better shoulder straps, and an easier folding process. This stroller is perfect in terms of comfort, operation, and stability. In fact, I've recently compared it to a friend's Maclaren XLR, and thought that the Cybex was much more stable in handling and less tippy with a heavy diaper bad hanging from the handle. My son is always very comfortable in it, and the seat is very soft and wipes off easily. I got the lagoon color, which is much brighter in person than pictured and has orange stitching on it, so if very bright color is not your thing, I would go for a more subdued hue. But the stroller itself is rock solid, very comfortable and is a worthwhile purchase for sure.
