I bought this when my daughter started outgrowing the 22lb seat, but I still needed her to be in a portable carrier. Installation of the base, as well as ease of getting the car seat in and out of the car are great. It isn't the easiest thing to carry, but it isn't much harder than the 22lb seat. I would buy it again.

I bought this to replace my expired Peg Perego car seat. I am not sure if it is the brand or an update of technology, but this is SO easy to install. First installation took me less than 2 minutes (including reading the instructions). I was shocked-- very tight, no movement. I had two bases for the Peg, but will not be needing 2 for this because of the easy install. The red is a bright, cheery color and I like the newborn insert. The car seats need one and it makes me more comfortable knowing that it is from the manufacturer. I was debating between this and the Britax chaperone. I do wish it had the rebound bar, but the Chicco fits in my husband's car. The Britax was too long. I would definitely recommend this seat. We have been very happy so far.
