Does the job

Excellent stroller for traveling-very lightweight. One thing I don't like are the side buttons of the fabric that connect it with the stroller- a little tough to snap

Great for travel
June 4, 2012
I purchased this stroller for a recent vacation and it was fantastic. The one hand open/close feature is very handy when boarding an airplane with your hands full. I received many compliments from people on how easy it was to use. The color is nice and bright and it moves easily. My son seemed comfortable in it, but I also have the City Mini so he's used to the feel of it. I only wish the shade came down over him a little more and the recline went back one step further. Overall, this was a great buy at a great price.
Pros
  • Ease of the one hand open/close
  • Easy rolling
  • Light enough to carry with one hand
  • Color
  • Compact
Cons
  • Small shade
  • Short recline

LOVE IT
April 16, 2012
I bought this to use as an umbrella stroller, I LOVE LOVE LOVE it, so light and easy to fold, great for 6 months to 4 yrs. plus. I have 3y kids and they all fit tin it well, I have napped them in it many times, it reclines further than most umbrella strollers, much farther than the maclelan and the sun shade is better too, the handle bar is also great, very easy to stear w/one hand (while walking dog..) LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
Pros
  • great handlebar, easy fold, light weight, great for all ages
Cons
  • sometimes doesn't go over bumps well as all city mini's don't, but if you push down the handlebar no problem

We have the "City Mini", and have been using it from day one with our little angel 2(who is now 26 months). I had already gone through 2 umberella strollers. I didn't want to go out and buy another one. So when I heard that City Jogger was putting out a micro, I didn't hesitate. This stroller is light weight, rides smooth, and very well made. I wish I had baught this as a 2nd stroller a year ago.
Pros
  • Well made. Easy to close and open.
Cons
  • The back does not go down a far way. If your child needs to lay flat to sleep, this could be an issue. I wish the canopy was just a little bigger.

Fantastic toddler travel stroller
January 3, 2012
I needed a travel stroller for a 3 year old who had outgrown the one he's used since he was an infant. This fit perfectly on the security conveyor belt at the airport and was easy to manage one-handed. I've been using it in my car for light errands as well and it is great for a quick errand stroller as well. I would not put a child under maybe 9 months in this, but perfect for the 1-4 year old for an errand/travel stroller. Plus, my son loves it and has slept in it many times - the recline is plenty for a toddler/preschooler to sleep. I do kick the bar in the back and the handle is just slightly too high for me at 5'4". However, my very tall 3 yo with a long torso did not fit in any other travel type stroller, so this was our best option for his comfort and my ease of use.

Great stroller, Great price
December 5, 2011
We already owned a travel system stroller by Peg Perego which worked great when we were using the infant car seat/carrier. However, when we moved to the big kid seat, the stroller became wayyy to bulky, hard to fold and difficult to lift. So I wanted something lightweight, easy to fold and cheap. the micro fit the bill!! I love it. The fold is so easy and it's very light. It's also so easy to steer, it's much more maneuverable than our old Peg. The only reason i give it 4 stars is because the strap height is not adjustable. When we first got this stroller, the straps basically started at my daughter's ears. Now that she has gotten a little taller, they are closer to her shoulders.

Great lite weight stroller,
June 11, 2011
I think it's one of the best by far, the ride is very smooth and I can actually jog with it. I love the way it folds, the only thing that could be better is the bottom basket, it's kind of flimsy and so is the pack on the back seat, but other then that I absolutely love it!

Easy Handling!
April 4, 2011
I actually bought this in red, when it was on sale. I'd seen the Baby Jogger City Mini in a store and LOVED how much better it handled than other strollers! Being an avid walker/sometimes jogger, I wanted to take our toddler along in a stroller that she would enjoy riding in. (No scrunching up in an umbrella stroller.) It is fine for a somewhat tall (nearly 2 year old), with plenty of extra room for future use. I was on a budget, so bought the City Micro. The City Mini with the larger sunshade would have been a better choice for us here in the California sun. Being lightweight is very helpful for ease of handling and travel. We use the pocket on the back and the basket beneath all of the time. Also, we use the harness and recline straps regularly, and occasionally brakes. The wheels are wearing out too quickly. The material of the seat area is good: sturdy and can be wiped off. Overall, I think most people will be happy with this stroller.
Pros
  • Handles so easy, great for walking/jogging long distances!
  • Comfortable for a toddler, with room to grow.
  • Lightweight, folds up well.
Cons
  • Wheels are wearing out much quicker than the stroller.
  • Really need a larger canopy for sunshade.
  • Would like a parent console.
