I love this stroller, very well made and so comfy for my baby, gives her a smooth ride.Especially love bassinet feature for reflux babies.All stroller parts states that it made in Italy, no China.

The bassinet is a great size, fabric is good quality. The seat unit is fantastic, it is large, but I wanted one that would last (this is for my 3rd child, I've been through 5 strollers with my last 2kids) my 4 yr old can fit in it still. The frame of pram it's much bigger than the mamas and papas solo wishi I was considering and weighs about same (I went to a store and compared them side by side, this pram moved better too) it does 'skate' with my 4 yr old in it I could push with one hand. It folds really well too. The bassinet can collapse too if needed. The little pop up shopping basket is great, but I like that I can remove this or fold it flat if I want to put something larger under stroller. We've not used it long enough to rate durability but it is sturdier than most I've had (mamas and papas, britax, quinny, graco, jan")-peg perego make this same stroller for mamas and papas in th uk. I love it so far, and at this price, fantastic!!

Pros

I love the fact is comes with weather shield and boot. I like that the bassinet and seat unit are separate. That's is rear or forward facing, that it can fold with seat unit on. The cup holder is a great extra (most charge extra for this feature, and its a good sized one) I love the pop-up and out shopping basket . I love the fabric and it folds great, I'm only 5ft 1in and 120lbs, I can lift this! I love how it 'skates' . Not much, if anything I don't like, no pram has it all, but this is close!!

Aboslutley LOVE MY SKATE!

As a first time mom I searched high & low for the "best" or "top of the line" strollers for my new baby & although Skate wasn't often mentioned against the over rated bugaboo, orbit or Stokke I came across it in my search & video demonstration reviews. Believe it or not, after already having the Orbit I went ahead & bought the skate. At first I was taken back of how HUGE it was, however after getting over that shock I came to love it more & more every day! All eyes are always on us when we stroll down the street. I always get compliments on my stroller. I loved the color, comfort for my baby all the different height adjustments, recline options, the switch around feature, the added bassinet & was compatible with my car seat & eventually would accommodate my baby as he got bigger. The only downfall is there isn't a tray for mom or baby (just a cup holder), However I feel it makes up for it with the storage basket & all space it has below, Its so useful & durable! The ride is incredibly smooth & even has shocks! it's awesome! I love it & so does my baby...

My husband and I were torn between this and the bugaboo. I didn't want the bug because I felt like it wasn't practical and just to many pieces. I had a feeling the Skate would eventually make a second seat and they did which makes it that much more practical. Not to mention the skate has a tray for baby, the bug does not. I love this stroller. Handles incredibly. I can wheel it with one hand if need be. My daughter loves it too!! I love the different heights as well.
