OXO Tot Step Stool - Gray

I recieved this product recently. I had been looking for a step stool for my 2 year old to use around the house. We have a collapsible step stool but that's a recipe for disaster with curious little fingers.

This step stool has been absolutely perfect. I love that the bottom of the stool is fully lined with nonslip material. It makes it so sturdy! I don't have to worry about my little one tipping it over or it slipping out from under him.

It's also super lightweight. My little likes to carry it all over the house with him. He uses it in the bathroom to wash his hands and brush his teeth. He drags it to the kitchen with him to get snacks. He also uses it in the living room to get up on our new couch since it's too high off the ground for him.

Some other creative ways he's used the stool is for a chair to sit and watch tv and as a platform to build block towers on. I love that it's functional for him in so many ways. This is an excellent choice for parents looking for a stepstool for their children.

My tot isn't old enough to stand on this stool yet (he's six months old), so we've been using it in our kitchen to get to the top cabinet shelves. I think the max weight on the stool is 200 lbs, so it's perfect and lightweight for grabbing a quick thing or two... though I don't stand on it very long since it's NOT made for adults! It's fairly sturdy for it's weight (light and easy to move around), and it will come in SUPER HANDY when my little one wants to wash his hand or get some cookies out of the cookie jar!! ;)

I bought this a month ago for my kids. Its the perfect size so they can reach the counter to help me when im in the kitchen and when they going to brush their teeth, its perfect because has the rubber thing on the bottom to attach to the floor. I give 4 stars because i wish you can fold it when you are not using it.

I was looking for an additional step stool for my children's bathroom. I was tired of them fighting over it. I love the nonslip feature the top boast. It's perfect for taller little kids ages 3-5. However, my short 2 year old can still use it too. It's also lightweight which is great for my 2 year old to be able move around. My children now fight over the new step stool!

This stool is a wonderful addition to our toddler home. It's lightweight and easy for my kids to move around. It's also sturdy as it grips our LVT floor. It will not tip over or slip out from under them. My kids love it and I welcome their help in the kitchen and everywhere else in the house now than ever.

I've purchased a number of stools over the years - plastic ones, folding versions, even those made from wood - but this is by far the best stool I've found for my toddler. The Oxo stool is made from hard but light plastic that is easy for my 2-year-old to carry by herself. The rubber surface covers the entire step, unlike most other stools that have rubber dots, and the rubber bottom is completely slip-proof on our hardwood and tile floors. The handles on the sides make this super portable, and the stool comes in a few kid-friendly colors. My daughter loves climbing on it and jumping off in the playroom, and we use it every night for brushing teeth and washing hands. Definitely a must-buy for anyone with young kiddos.

I got this about a month ago and I love it! My daughter is 20 months old, and although she can't quite reach the faucet yet, this helps me hold her up. And soon she will be able to use it herself. I also got it to use for potty training. It is very slim, and doesn't take up a lot of space in my small half bath (see photos). I will be purchasing another for our bathroom upstairs.

We revolution stool 2 weeks ago and love it!! It's light enough for my toddler to carry and move around the house but still sturdy enough for me to stand on and not skid around or feel like I might break it!

What a perfect step stool!! There are rubber pieces on the bottom to keep it from sliding on the floor too easily and rubber ridges on the top to help it from being too slippery for your little ones feet. I loved the clean look and especially loved the curves edges. Nothing sharp so there won't be any injuries! My 2 1/2 year old loves it because she can get up onto it herself. Definitely recommend!!

This is a great stool!! I like that it's grippy on the main standing surface, and on the bottom. It really helps it to feel more secure when little ones are standing on it. Feels good quality and sturdy, and a good value.

I am so happy with the quality of the product. Great step stool for kids.

We bought this stool with the intention of our 18 month daughter using it (to be more independent). She has loved being able to reach the sink in the bathroom a little better and get things just out of her reach. I like that it has a no slip base around the bottom so that it will not slide around while she is trying to step onto it. I have used it to get something out of a high up cabinet and it worked just fine for me too. I wasn't worried about my weight on the stool.

If you are looking for a small portable stool, I would definitely recommend this one!

This is step stool is strong and perfectly blends in to our bathroom. I was looking for a step stool that wasn't pink or blue. You'd be surprised how difficult this was! Loving this one and my kids are loving it too.

My kids love this step stool and so do I it's perfect for them to see in the bathroom mirrior,wash their hands brush their teeth,etc...

I've tried other stools for my son, but none were ever sturdy like this one. The rubber on the bottom works really well to prevent any unintentional moving or sliding when he tries to get on it.

I received this product as a parent panel for testing products and LOVE it. My son, 2 years old, is becoming so independent and becomes easily frustrated when he cannot reach or do something on his own. This step-stool has allowed him the ability to express his independence as well as problem solve. It's light enough for him to lift and carry but sturdy enough that it hasn't fallen over, yet.

We don't have kids but I'm short. This is a great step stool to use in the kitchen for reaching those high shelves. The top surface is non-slip, so I feel secure that I won't fall. The base is also non-slip, so I feel secure that it won't slide on the floor. I especially like the handles, which make it so easy to transport.

First I want to say this is the second step stool my 3 year old have and so far this one Ian the best.

After receiving this one from OXO I can compare and can tell that this one has great features like: Neutral color ( matches our bathroom or our kitchen ) strong plastic that even an adult can use as a seat. Cute rubber pattern my son thinks is sprinkles and it's a fun time for potty train. Also it's taller than other brands which makes easier fo my not so tall 3 year old son to brush his teeth using our sink.

Also it's lightweight and hasn't two handle inserts easy to grab and move around.
