Love Love Love

We love the Terrain!! The push is amazing. One handed even over rough terrain! My son wants to sit only in this stroller. It has great storage for water bottles, phones, and even snacks and drinks accessible to my son. It is easy to put together and easy to fold. It does have a large fold but we are not using it for travel so it does not make a difference to us. It is great as an all terrain stroller, pushes easily over many different types of ground- rocks, gravel, grass. Love the handbrake to slow down when going down hill. Overall, a great buy!
Pros
  • easy push, hand brake, larg air-filled tires, canopy, storage, easy fold
Best Uses
  • outdoor/indoor, beach, walking, all terrain, rocks, gravel, sand, grass, hills.
Cons
  • large fold

So far, so good
July 31, 2014
We have not actually used this stroller yet because our baby hasn't been born but overall it seems like a good quality product. It was easy to put together and the seat is easily removable to install the car seat adapter. We will be using it with the car seat primarily in the beginning and thus also purchased the 12" urban wheel pack which makes the stroller a bit more compact. Stroller is easily folded in and out. It is a bit on the heavy side but we knew that would be unavoidable since we wanted a good jogging and all-terrain stroller. When we received the stroller we were disappointed to find that there was a huge whole in the box. The front wheel knob was protruding through this hole and has some scratches on it. The stroller was not packaged in any styrofoam or bubble wrap so movement during shipping most likely caused this. I was surprised that such an expensive stroller would just be thrown into a box without any form of padding. Not sure if this was Mountain Buggy's fault or that of Albee Baby. Either way, we shared our concerns with Albee Baby and, since we are not able to exchange the stroller due to time restrictions with baby being due and all, Albee Baby refunded us 10% of the cost due to the damage. Great customer service!! I am not sure if the damage is superficial or if it will affect the use of the front wheel. Only time will tell, however I am hoping it's just some scratches and nothing more. Can't wait to go for a run with this stroller once the little one is old enough!
Pros
  • Folds in and out very easily. Seat can be removed entirely to install car seat or cot. Smaller rear wheels can be purchased for a more compact size.
Best Uses
  • Jogging, off-road, light hiking and trails
Cons
  • Heavy

Awesome stroller, quality not so good after 2010
August 16, 2011
This is one awesome stroller. We have 2, a 2008 Urban single, and a 2010 Double. It is light weight, easy to maneuver, very sturdy and durable. We are sad to see though, that after production went to China with the 2010 model year the quality is not at par with the 2008 model we have. It seems a bit more flimsy and squeaky, and in particular the wheel bearings are bad. They broke after 8 months of everyday use 2-3 miles/day.Still an awesome stroller, just make sure you get things taken care of before the warranty runs out.
Pros
  • Sturdy, light weight, very good quality.
Cons
  • China made models (2010 and newer) are not as good quality as the earlier New Zealand made models.
