We love this seat, and my chiropractor said the EPS foam helped to avoid cholic in some babies (foam goes all the way down seat - doesn't cut off at middle of baby's back like most seats). The only complaint is that, as a newborn, my son's head fell forward, and we had to roll up a blanket to as a wedge between his head and the side of the headrest. Great buy!
