The motor regularly breaks in these. Works great when it works, but we've had several conk out.

I've had it for both my children and it does help with having a place they can sit and swing and sometimes fall asleep while mommy/daddy do other things. Funny thing about the motor, to me it now seems to have been a synchronization issue than failure. The swing was having issues getting started when I first got it so Graco was nice enough to send me two motors. It seemed to work but it wasn't swinging. In any case, I had left the first motor in and it ended up working fine to this day 4 years after I bought it.

We used this for five months with our last baby. We got it back out for baby#2, used it for three days, and the plug just stopped working. Now we have to power it with batteries which it drains in no time.

This swing really is great, my baby constantly wants rocked so when she is in this on setting 6 and the music playing she falls asleep everytime.. Lovely little swing. Only downfall it should be electronic instead of battery powered eats the batteries very quick :)

Love, love love it - the seat reclines for different needs, the tray is removable(we've never used it), and the padding is just right for tiny babies & easily removable for bigger babies. But of course, the best bit is that it plugs in! We've been using this swing for a year and have had absolutely no trouble with the motor (and our kiddo is 26 pounds, so I'm sure it's working hard).

This is an amazing swing. it even plays two different types of music. Lullabies or Nature sounds. I highly recommend this swing to anyone who wants a swing for their little one.

The swing will stop rocking for no apparent reason. Some days it works great and other days it won't. I am very disapointed.

I had this swing for 2 of my Daughters. Really sturdy and battery life would not waist easily. Loved this swing.

I recvd this swing at my baby shower, and it was a complete life savor ! I wish it could hold more weight because my son is a big baby weighing about 25lbs now but he doesnt fit in it anymore. I most def recommend this swing for other moms ! I never had an issue with the motor stopping or anything, the only thing I had wrong was even with batteries I still needed to have it plugged in.

i bought this swing a month ago i have had 2 motors and both have broke in less than 2 months it is the most terrible baby product that i have ever owned and i am on my third child i would not suggest this product to anybody

I just received the swing a couple of days ago. I lived the design and was in anticipation to have my little one enjoy it's features. But the swing does not swing at all..it plays the music but that's about it. I called the 1800 number and was told I would receive another motor so now I'm waiting hoping the new motor will work.

In the course of 6 months i have been given two of these. One i got at my baby shower and one a few months later after the first one straight up died. Both New in unopened in package but bought a few years ago so out of warranty. And both died with in a month of using them. I didn't use them a lot, And both had a snapping sound in the motor before dieing. One died so bad the sound didn't play while the other played music. I thought Graco was a grate brand but after going threw two swings all ready it has made me think other wise. Other then the fact that two of these i had died i LOVED them before the stopped working. Plus the print is way to cute.  

My product arrived yesterday and I'm a bit disappointed. The music feature works fine but the swing does not swing. What's the purpose of I have to push it just for it to swing.

I bought this for my inlaws to have for my daughter. They used it for the first 2 months and it didn't work. This is the 2nd one I have that has done the same thing.

This swing was pretty spendy at the store but hasn't let me down. I have used it for 2 of my 3 kids after my battery operated one died and couldn't be fixed after very little use. So I tried this one and loved it! Uses batteries while on the go or plugs in at home. No more making a weekly trip to the store for swing batteries. Would definitely reccomend! And just ignore the negative comments about the tray. My kids had no problem at all with it! Great product!

My fiance & I bought this product the end of June had our daughter the beginning of July. We brought her home placed her in the swing and it seemed to have problems swinging . I exchanged it for a new swing when I received the product it had the same problem. I will never buy another swing like this. It's made very poorly. The positive side is the pattern its in. Very cute! If i could have that pattern with a different motor i'd LOVE it! 

I purchased the swing when I was still pregnant. It was one thing on my list that I had to have. A swing was my lifesaver with my other two children. I loved the fact that it could be plugged in. The music and the swinging puts my little girl right to sleep. She is now old enough to use the toy bar. She likes to move the circles back and forth. Again the swing has not failed me. This one is better than the last one I had because I don't have to replace the batteries. The seat seems pretty comfy and I like that it has three reclining options. She can play or I can recline the seat for a little nap.

We have had this swing for 6 years now and it is being used on our third child and still works wonderfully! Love love love it and would have bought another one in a heartbeat!

We have three Lovin' hug infant swings patterns are Jenny, Bancroft and Bermuda. We have loved them for many years! One swing is 6 years old and still working great! We added two more so we would have enough for our triplets. I would definitely buy a graco swing again and recommend to friends and family!

I was looking for a swing to comfort baby when he was having his fussy moments. This swing comforted him with the different speeds to swing and also the music. He enjoys getting in his swing when he is not fussy, it keeps him calm and happy. We love Graco products. Thanks.

My little guy has 3 different styles and brands of swings, but this is the only one he will use. I think the way it cradles him makes him feel like he's being held. I love the 5 point harness, because he started rolling over in his other swings and this prevents him from doing that. The different speed options are great too. He likes to go faster when he is awake and playing and we switch it to a lower speed to gently lull him to sleep. I just love everything about it, and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

We like this swing and couldn't live without it but my son is only 4 months old and we've already had to call once to order a new motor. Graco sent one pretty quickly but it is a completely different color than the other side. Otherwise it works great.

This swing was a heaven send for me, my son did not like being swaddled or to be put down at naptime, unless he was in this swing. It had tons of options!!!! This swing is a necessity!!!

My wife and I received this swing as a gift from a family member when our fourth son was born. We have thoroughly been convinced that this is a must in every home! If we could do it all over, we would have bought one sooner! Our last two children have enjoyed it tremendously and we don't feel so bad about leaving them in it while we are working! It is safe, entertaining for the child and over all...fantastic!!!

This swing is the greatest swing ever! Very durable, great quality, comfortable, cool mobile, reclines, 6 different speeds, cute, relaxing songs awesome color combo that I just had to have. Not loud and bothersome like other swings. This is by far the best swing I've ever had.

I also had to purchase a new motor as the one it came with burned out over a few months. The new motor only lasted three months before it burned out as well.

We rely heavily on this swing!! We bought it when my daughter was 5 days old and at 10 months we still use it at nap time and some evenings. The only problem has been the motor, which was quickly replaced all 3 times by the company. The fabulous response to my need for a replacement was more than I expected. If a product is going to have flaws it's best to deal with a company who puts your satisfaction first, so for that I am grateful! BUT... it does stink that the motor and subsequent motors have all died within less than 2 months of use :-( Hopefully they have gotten those kinks squared away by now.

This swing kept ALL of us very calm and happy!! Our daughter loved playing in it! She loved the tray for snacks. I loved the removable pillow/headrest. The settings, music, etc - ALL wonderfull!

My 4 month loves this swing! Uses it several times a day & takes all his daytime naps in it! When he was a newborn it was a life saver as it was so soothing to him he immediately stopped crying & fussing when we put him in it. I like that it swings back & forth some of the modern swings go side to side which isnt really a swing & it is not as soothing to a baby. Only complaint that I have is that if we swing it at a speed lower than 4 it does squeak quite a bit, it is not a real problem for us since we have never used the lower speeds but it may be an issue for others. The music & sounds are a bit odd for us adults but somehow they worked for my son, he is immediately soothed & typically falls asleep in about 10 mins.

Well, i believe assembling a swing should not be a rocket science, but my experience with this product so far has been distasteful. First, all the various parts are not distinctly named, thereby making it difficult to figure out which is which.Secondly, the manual had to be downloaded and its quite voluminous and to me it hardly served it purpose.Thirdly, i may be returning the product if i cant get to assemble it in the next couple of days.I called customer care and the technical support has not helped either.Personally, i got stuck on page seven of the manual because i could not get to insert the arm with something at the top on the right side.

Another Graco disappointment. Used it for our newborn, who only weighed 8lbs, and after two uses the motor had died. The music plays, and the swing starts to swing on setting 3 but after 5 minutes it completely stops. The assembly also took awhile and was a little confusing at first. Spend your money on a different swing that actually works!

I got this as a gift and after only trying to use it for 2 month i have had to replace the power cord and then it just stopped working all together. I tried putting battaries in it and tried another new power cord and it still will not work.

This swing was a gift from my grandmother. I barely used this swing and yet the motor died after the first couple of uses. I replaced the batteries only to realize that wasn't the problem. I do not recommend anyone wasting their money on this swing. I will be purchasing another brand. When I googled the swing, the first thing I saw was a bad motor link.

Louder than expected. Music is a little odd as well. Seems to work fine.

This was a great gift I gave my daughter. She uses it all the time with my granddaughter and it was definitely a good purchase!

We bought this swing for our daughter, we chose it because it was able to plug into and outlet and not rely on batteries. We liked the color/design, and that you can put your small infant in it, but it also goes up to 30lbs!

This swing has lasted through my daughter and my godchild. It still looks great!. They both loved it.

Great for baby to be soothed when you are hard at work in the kitchen. Has vibration and sound to keep baby occupied when not watching you work :)

got this as a gift.this was one of the best & useful gift we ever got.my baby girl enjoyed it a lot. this worked as a baby sitter for me whenever I need to finish my other household stuff...:-).this is must have item.i will highly recommend this item .

I love this swing...my baby can sleep for hours at a time in it...The only drawback is I seem to have to buy batteries a lot for it...I like that I have seen on newer ones they have the battery or option to plug it in...it would have been nice to have this on ours. We have used it for all our kids, this is our 5th and it is still running like a champ! I love Graco items!
