Looking at other reviews, it looks like this is a common issue. The front tire locks up when turning all the time. It's a real pain. We've compensated for it by lifting the front tire when we have sharp turns. It's a shame because it's a smooth/easy to use stroller when jogging and we like how much storage space it has. But ultimately wouldn't recommend because of the front tire issue

I am a first time mom and this stroller has done nothing but cause headaches. My son is 1 month, and we walk 2 miles everyday. The front wheel locks CONSTANTLY. We have very bumpy sidewalks and streets where I live and the stroller rides so hard, it can't handle even the smallest bump. The kick stand falls down in the middle of our walk. I have to click the kick stand back into place and it falls 30 seconds later. Save yourself the frustration and buy a different stroller. Also the phone tray doesn't hold any phones that are slightly larger.

I bought this in 2020 before we had our first child. I thought Graco was a well built product. I'm happy with the child car seat, however the stroller is not good. Not very user friendly. And I can't even find replacement parts for what I need online. I wouldn't purchase this again. Plus the model I bought not 10 months ago, is no longer available!!

This product is very safe, great to run, comfortable for my baby and has high quality.

I love the look of this stroller and for the first little while it worked great, but now constantly the wheel gets stuck and I cannot even steer it without picking up the front of the stroller. How can this happen seems to be a common issue with this stroller.

We have had the stroller for almost a year. I should have read the review better. The stroller is very nice BUT does not function well. The front wheel gets stuck and is EXTREMELY hard to turn. I have two kids and need to be able to use the stroller with one hand. Because of the wheel I cannot. I would rather put my youngest in a carrier on my back than try to push the stroller.

I thought this would be an easy stroller to use but it's been more frustrating than anything. The front wheel constantly doesn't turn the right way and I can't maneuver where I need to go without turning the wheel myself. Very disappointed forthe amount of money I spent.

I have loved this stroller for certain features like the large all terrain wheels, the sun shade to keep baby protected and the ability to jog with it. However, we have only been using it for about 4 months and the front wheel constantly rattles now and the back right tire just became completely flat. I am so frustrated because we have tried everything to stop the front tire from rattling. It rattles when we are just going on walks which is the worst part.

This jogging stroller came highly recommended by a friend. I received the stroller as a registry gift. We have been using the stroller for approximately 6 months. The front wheel makes use very difficult and is consistently turning perpendicular to the stroller when walking on a smooth surface and in a straight direction.

We've had this stroller for a little over a year now and it is to the point we don't even like to take it with us to use it anymore because the front wheel does not steer properly! The steering has been an issue since we first starting using the stroller. This is a stroller that we should be able to use for several years as our daughter grows but it is impossible to steer due to the front wheel not turning the way that it should. The front wheel also turns when trying to fold it making it not as easy to fold.

I registered for this stroller because it was a click connect. I had a graco with my first two kids and knew I liked the brand but for our third I really wanted a jogger. I was expecting the best of both worlds with this travel system but unfortunately the stroller does not live up to expectation. The front wheel makes it impossible to use this stroller in stores, museums, at the farmers market...... any where you need to not be going in a straight line. I am very disappointed and will be looking into other stroller options.

I'm so frustrated with this stroller I don't even want to use it anymore. It was fine for walks around the neighborhood but I can't use it indoors. The wheel won't change directions easily and it gets stuck.

My husband bought this for us and we have only had it for maybe 6 months. Rear tire is already flat, and the front tire does not turn properly even when the red latch is in place. It's super embarrassing when your front tire doesn't turn like it should and it's very frustrating. Also, when folding it up, the front tire is weird and gets stuck. We didn't expect to have these issues so soon. A bit disappointed.

We got this as a baby shower gift. We used it for two weeks until one day the fast action pull to close the jogger broke. Now we cannot file the jogger making it difficult to store.

The front wheel sticks and is incredibly difficult to maneuver. Outside, walking straight lines, this strollers works well. Inside, or just changing direction, this stroller is useless. Should have just bought something else...

I have used this stroller for a year now. It does the job and you can run with it. However, the front wheel gets stuck quite often and the back tires have already blown. I only walk on paved sidewalks. And finding replacement tires is not as easy as you'd think

This is the second time I purchased this stroller. The first one lasted until my son turned 5. I love that you can connect the infant car seat. It is so easy to use and folds down to fit in my small SUV.

I've had my stroller for a year and never have used it without an issue. The tires are always flat before use and it stopped folding correctly after 6 months. I am so embarrassed when I have to set it up now because I have to fight with it to come open or close. I love this stroller but hate to use it anymore because I'm always afraid it won't close down while I'm out around town.

I have been using this jogger for a couple of weeks and I have no complaints. It's easy to maneuver and my child doesn't seem to mind the ride.

I've had this stroller for 8months and so far I've had to get two replacement tires because they have popped. When the tire blew the third time I had to get a whole replacement stroller. Today the tire has popped again. I am only using the stroller on paved trails. This should not be a constant occurrence.

Nice stroller. Phone holder feature is dumb - does not fit modern iPhones. Cup holders are small.

This is an AMAZING stroller. It glides so effortlessly on pretty much any terrain, and my family is very active. I take it everywhere!!! only thing I would change about it is the fold down size. it takes up my entire trunk.

It doesn't have adjustable handle bar but it fits great for me and my wife (6'2" and 5'8"). Phone holder does not fit iPhone 6 or 7.

We love our stroller but are always having to pump up the tires because they go flat. Not sure if anyone else has this problem??

I'm loving this stroller! It's sleek, easy to control and one hand easy fold up. Bummed out my phone (Galaxy S9+) doesn't fit in the phone holder.

I purchased this stroller for a shower present, I did put it together before giving it to my niece. When I looked at the cell phone holder I realized that although my phone is older and smaller then most it was too big for my phone holder. Not sure if any phone would fit in there. It was very easy to assemble

Front wheel is weird. If it isn't facing the right way or is turned the slightest the stroller will not move. Kind of a pain, but love the rest of the stroller. If I was jogging it was for sure cause me to wreck.

When we got this stroller I was soo excited, we didn't use it very much just when I went on walks to get in exercise. when my son turned 6 months the front tire went flat randomly when I was in the mall walking. The tubing in the tire just came out. I wasn't sure what to do and put it in a closet until now. I cleaning out said closet and decided to pull this out clean it up and am finally tackling what to do with the tire, but I can't even find a replacement tire. This is just horrible. I wasted money on something we never really got to use, and doesn't look like we will use. ugh ugh! I expected sooo much more from a graco product and guess I just put too much faith in it.

We bought this seat almost 3 years ago and it worked good for the first year. We then put it away in our basement. I am due with baby #2 and I took it out to clean it just to out the front wheel keeps getting stuck when I push it. It is so hard to move now! I've very disappointed. You would think jogging strollers would last longer than the strollers with plastic wheels but I guess not!

Overall a great stroller however the back wheel needs to be replaced and there are no replacement parts available so now I am just out a stroller until the replacement parts are available

Smaller storage on bottom. Doesnt fit our diaper bag. Have a tire pump because tires come partially deflated and are soft. Other than that nice purchase for any sort of walking or running. Smoother ride for the little one.

We were in the market for a jogging stroller and we absolutely love graco so we purchased this one! Tested it out and we do not regret it!

its a great stroller. The only issue we have had was the kick stand will come kind of undone(can't fully come off) from the bar, but you just have to pop it back on from time to time. My lo is almost 2 years, and has been awesome so far! Also very easy to take naps in!!

I bought this stroller about a week ago to replace my current one with plastic wheels to take walks around the neighborhood because the wheels were getting "chewed" up from stones, etc. The biggest thing that I loved about this one is that it allows my Chicco Keyfit 30 car seat to attach directly into the stroller frame. After just the first walk I could tell the difference from the new stroller to my previous stroller and I am a HUGE fan!! I will not go back to my old stroller!
