My wife and I shopped this around for a bit and did research as much as possible. When we finally decided what to buy and who to buy it from everything worked out fabulous. The seat arrived the day after we ordered it and it is easy to use and so far so good.

Good quality
February 5, 2014
I installed this seat in my Toyota van, however the knob to adjust the harness on the child is too close to the back of the seat. I am returning because it is too difficult to use the knob. The quality overall is excellent .

Only negative had to do with installation
January 29, 2014
For rear facing installation you need to rethread the anchor belt. It was not clearly noted that the anchor belt was shipped installed for front facing. The alert to make this change as well as the instructions and pictures were not clear.Otherwise pleased with this car seat.
Pros
  • harness tightening feature and the easy adjustment of the shoulder straps of the harness.

Easy to install, use, and adjust. We often have to move between cars and this is much easier than our other brand. Highly recommend and love the design!

I LOVE THIS CAR SEAT
May 2, 2013
We own a 2004 Ford Mustang and it has been extremely hard to find a seat for my growing toddler. This seat fits perfectly in our Mustang, it was easier to install than the ones in our other vehicle, and our baby seems to be much more comfortable in this seat.

Cons
  • Huge! You need a big car!

Great carseat
April 8, 2013
I bought this seat a few weeks ago for our 1 year old daughter. It was pretty easy to install, the only difficult part was getting the latch straps tight enough, but that is hard on most car seats. To get the line on the side of the chair even with the ground, I had to put a rolled up towel under it, but then it fit perfectly. This seat is big, my husband was a little shocked when he saw it sitting on the kitchen floor. However, when I put it in my Honda Odyssey to install it, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it fit. It is placed rear facing on the middle row, behind the driver seat, and still leaves enough room for the driver seat to be back far enough for my husband, and leaves enough room in the back row for my 6 year old son to sit with plenty of room for his legs. Before installing the seat in the car, make sure to install the latch straps correctly for either rear facing or front facing. Our daughter loves it and seems very comfortable.
Pros
  • Fits well in our minivan.
  • The harness is so easy to adjust.
  • Seems very comfortable for our daughter.
Cons
  • The cupholder is very flimsy and not really useable.

Like it. Don't love it.

This seat is comfortable for my daughter. I love the adjustment knobs! so much easier than the other seats we have had. I almost didn't buy it because of the flimsy quality of the cup holder, and indeed it is almost like an afterthought. It is a wide seat, and my daughter needs a neck pillow when sleeping because her head has no where to rest. The fabric is nice, and seems pretty easy to clean. I would get it again- as a second seat, not primary.

Wonderful Car Seat
March 21, 2013
It is a large, comfortable and very secure car seat. It sits well in position and does not easily waiver. My son doesn't fight me to sit in his seat anymore especially in the reclined position. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Pros
  • The recline options, the secure fitting to the back seat of the car, the comfort and size of the car seat for comfort of my child.
Cons
  • Nothing.

Great convenient seat
March 20, 2013
I love this seat. It is so convenient to use. I still have my daughter rear facing (she's 17 mo). It fits in a small car - a Subaru I'mpreza - and I don't have to move my seat forward compared to how it was before with the infant seat. I used a Britax seat during our vacation and prefer this Evenflo better. My only issue is the latch is not the easy click one, but the hooks.
Pros
  • convenient
  • easy adjustable straps
  • compact
Cons
  • latch is not the easy button one

Good Car Seat
March 1, 2013
The seat was easily insalled using Latch anchors in my Honda Civic, in the rear facing position. There is enough room behind driver's seat to back side of rear facing car seat.I haven't needed to adjust the tension on the harness straps, but the knobs are a bit tight against the car's seat cushion.

My favorite carseat

Although not quite the same model, we purchased an Evenflo Triumph car seat for our daughter 2 1/2 years ago when she was 8 months old. She just turned 3 and it still fits her fine. We love it because it sits high enough for her to see out the window, the tension system is so easy to use and it is easier to take in and out of the car as any other car seat we've had (an Eddie Bauer, and a two Grayco car seats).
Pros
  • Almost everything!
Cons
  • The detachable cup holder is pretty flimsy and falls off. We don't bother with it.

Good value
February 20, 2013
My 11 month old outgrew her graco snugride 30 car seat- she reached the height limit. So I was looking for an affordable but safe car seat that would grow with her and last for a few years. One of my main criteria was that we should be able to use the carseat in a rear-facing position till she is atleast 2 yrs old and then be able to convert it to front facing, this fit the bill perfectly. For those with small cars and worried about how much space this carseat will take up, we use this in our small sized car, Nissan Sentra, and it works very well. We have set it up behind the passenger seat and there is enough room for an average sized person to sit in the passenger seat. I am about 5'6''. We don't have the latch system in our car, my husband used the seat belt to set-up the car seat without any major problems. I have used the car-seat a few times now, it was very easy to get my daughter in and out of the carseat. So far I have no complaints about it.

When the time came for our little guy to switch to a convertible seat, we were overwhelmed with the choices! We searched all sorts of sites and reviews and in everything we read, we kept coming across the Evenflo Triumph models as a sure thing. Albeebaby.com had some nice deals going, so we bought an Evenflo Triumph Advance LX Convertible Car Seat in Regency and an Evenflo Triumph 65 LX Convertible Car Seat - Radisson... one for each of our vehicles (mid-sized SUVs). They are nearly identical, but the Advance LX is bigger than the 65 LX, even though the Advance LX is only rated to 50 pounds, where the 65 LX is rated to 65 pounds. Weird. We tried our little guy out in each one of the seats in the house before we installed them into the cars, and he LOVED them! He hung out for the longest time in one, and then fell asleep in the other. The fabric is nice, they are stylish, look good, are solid, fit in our cars nicely, and our LO is happy as can be when riding in them. They seem very safe, the adjustment of the belts is a breeze, and they have the latch mechanism for installing. All major pluses in my book. For the most part, both units seem nearly identical, except as I noted the Advance LX is a bit bigger. You can't go wrong with these seats unless your vehicle is too small to accommodate them... that seems to be the only restriction.
Pros
  • adjustment of belt system
  • easy release on belt tension
  • easy yet secure buckle
  • roomy and soft
  • well built
Cons
  • might be too big for smaller cars, but not a problem for our vehicles.

Love it. After searching for a car seat for my little girl finally found one and she is happy and comfortable.
Pros
  • Wide, comfortable, washable, no pulling or pressing buttons to make straps tighter just turn the knob.
Cons
  • The only bad thing is that is little too heavy to be moving it around from car to car.

I have had many car seats and this is the best! The side crank is infinitely better than the awful tightening strap between the legs (like you see on most). I also love the adjustable straps that don't require me to disassemble the entire thing every time my kid grows an inch. With multiple children, this is even better because I can put my 1 yo, 2 yo, or 4 yo in the exact same seat with effortless adjustments. I wish all car seats were this easy!
