An OK stroller

I like that baby can face whoever is pushing them OR face outward. It has a nice amount of storage space and the fact that it can be used from birth is a plus. The canopy provides full coverage. I'm 5'8" and keep the handles fully extended which is comfortable for me. However, my husband is taller and he feels that the handles should extend further. The stroller also feels "loose", as in it shakes quite a bit when I'm pushing the baby on our paved neighborhood streets and our old Baby Jogger stroller feels more sturdy. But, I did want a stroller that let baby face the person pushing them and I think that this is probably one of the best options on the market for that.

It takes awhile to get used to when to lock wheels in and when not to.
It's necessary to buy a baby form pad or sheepskin for comfort for a small baby.

My baby girl is 9 months, she loves being in the stroller. I take it up and down the city streets in San Francisco. Easy to fold one handed, but requires two hands to unfold. It feels solid and rolls smoothly, no issue with the wheels. I love the reversible feature so that my baby can face me or face out to look around. She falls a sleep a lot in it so the recline is perfect for her afternoon naps. I'm a petite mom at 5 feet and it is easy to carry up the stairs (16 stairs) to my home. The handle is soft and easy to grip. I was using the infant insert, but currently I only use the head rest portion now that my baby is older. My only complaint is the cup holder always flips upside down, so I bought an after market one. Other than that I love it!

I like the stroller but it is not as simple to reopen as it is to close it. Also the brakes are not adequate. I have to prop the stroller against something when putting my daughter into it because even if I put all four brakes on, it literally rolls away from me. Glad I got it on a good sale.
This being my first child, I wish I knew more about strollers before purchasing this one. It's not exactly light, and now that she is older and heavier (27 lbs), the brake issue really makes it difficult especially if she is reluctant to be put in.
The fact that the footrest cannot be moved is a downer as well.

I've been using the stroller for four months since my son was two months old. We purchased the infant insert which keeps him perfectly tucked in place. I love the reversible handles I can change the handles whenever the little guy gets fussy and wants to look at me. Another plus is the large canopy it keeps the sun out. The ride is smooth, no issues with the wheels.

180 Reversible Stroller

We haven't had our baby yet, but we've assembled the stoller and been wheeling it around the house. I love being able to switch directions so easily with these awesome wheels, as well as how easy it is to have the child be forward or rear-facing.
The only thing I wish this stroller had was a console for drinks/phone, etc on the handlebar itself, but I understand why it likely can't be there (since you flip the handle to change to forward or rear-facing)

Good idea, terrible execution

I wanted to love this, but, my baby hates it. She's clearly uncomfortable no matter how I position the back, and she mostly just screams (she's a very calm and happy baby so, it's not her, it's the stroller). It's also a pain in the butt to open one handed and I generally have to put baby down to open the stroller and lock the handle properly so she doesn't go sailing backwards at an unnatural angle (happened, scary for her and me). Oh man, and trying to push it in a straight line on concrete sidewalk? Forget it. It just won't go-you have to walk in a winding pattern or else it jams. It also has 0 shock absorption so any/all bumps jolt baby like crazy. I'm sad I bought this because it's not being used and I'm stroller-less.

I wa so excited to get an Ergobaby 180 for my second child. We have a Graco Modes from our first that I love except it's a full size stroller that didn't really fit anywhere. We also have a city Mini GT that is fantastic but doesn't have some of the features out Gracias has. Looking at the ads for the Ergobaby made me so excited as it had the best of both of our favorite strollersI wanted. Reversible seating without removing the seat. Large canopy, large storage basket. Onehand fold, etc. However this stroller is not the same nor as conviene as hoped. The canopy is great but it is weak and lacks strength to stay in place. The reversible seat feature is nice but the handle gets stuck during transition. opening the stroller is a battle and requires two hands and lots of maneuvering. Closing is easy to pull up but doesn't always fold correctly and ends up being a hunk of a mess. The worst would be the lack of maneuverability when driving the stroller. The wheels are terrible. The drift the stroller, hard to move around. The tires get stuck worst than our ChicconLiteway. Absolute horrible to ride. I'm so disappointed in the stroller and it is the only stroller I regret buying.

I have LOVED this stroller since we got it. It's lightweight, easy to close, big storage, and the reversible handle was AMAZING when our son was a baby. You get so much for something really affordable. It does close up easily, but I will say unfolding has always been super awkward. That doesn't bother me though because we eventually get there. Also once our son no longer needed the extra infant comfort pads, we had this weird state where his bottom kept sliding forward so he always ended up slouched down. Didn't seem to bother him but I would've liked to see more support for upright sitting. Other than that this stroller is still perfect for all our needs and 18 months in, we are using it almost daily for summer walks. Hope ergobaby comes up with a double stroller by the time we have baby #2!

Review is for their customer service. I bought this stroller and then regret it the next day b/c I wanted to see/try it in person but can't due to Shelter in Place and my child is 2 already, and therefore felt silly to but another stroller - at the end customer service was wonderful handling my return. Really sold on the reversible handle, though.

I love how much coverage this sunshade provides my only complaint is when you have baby facing you and the sunshade is fully extended you can't see baby and I wish there was another peekaboo window so that you could see baby without having to push the sunshade back some. If they make another sunshade for the 180 reversible with two peekaboo windows I will rush to buy it.

I got this stroller because I drive a vw beetle and I was looking for a more compact stroller that had all the features. I love the reversible handle. I received this stroller missing a wheel and customer service was actually easy to work with. My only complaint is that it's rather difficult to unfold while holding a child, it's definitely a two hand job. I love how large the shade is on it, as well as how far the seat reclines

This stroller is absolutely the worst and I'm emailing customer care immediately. First of all when it arrived one of the wheels was defective so I had to get a replacement sent out. Now that the replacement has arrived back I finally am getting to use the stroller and it's terrible. It has a very flimsy/cheap feel as your using it. The wheels are not easy rolling and the canopy is also extremely finicky.

Love but difficult to navigate

I absolutely love this stroller. My baby is 7 months old and it's been to multiples states and back. I'd say the only challenge with this is I've found it very difficult to navigate on sidewalks that are not flat. Let's be real, what sidewalks are perfectly flat? I have to almost walk next to it sometimes in order to keep the stroller on the sidewalk and it takes all my weight to have it drive straight without veering to what is usually the side closest to the street. Most recently had major issues with this in NYC. I just don't think it should be that difficult to push on sidewalks and I shouldn't have to fight to not have my child's stroller always veering to the road.

I've had this stroller for about 7 month and I loved it. But the middle of the seat is bending like if the seat broke in half. My baby was 16lbs so I know it wasn't because of her it broke. I loved it though because it's not heavy and the space in the bottom is big. It's actually to big my baby's diaper bag felt out and I didn't even noticed. So now I attach our new diaper bag to the handlebar. My only problem really is the seat, my baby doesn't really seat she has to always be laying down because of the seat being broken.

I bought the stroller about 5 months ago. It has amazing features such as the enormous canopy that give a lot of wind and sun protection for my daughter. I love that is reversible; however recently I noticed that 2 wheels (back wheels) are getting stock! It is getting hard to push and are starting to go left only. It's getting frustrating. I hope there is a fix because I love this stroller.

This stroller has amazing features that I was so excited and happy to find a stroller that had everything I wanted. Unfortunately every time I have to open this stroller it makes me regret the purchase. The button that needs to be pushed to open it gets stuck, when you fold the stroller you need to make sure it doesn't get the wheels stuck together because when you will try to open it it will be a nightmare. I mean, pushing a button while pulling up the handle and then pulling up the seat backrest is too much. I'm 5' tall and have a 30+bl baby, it is not very practical at all.

we absolutely loved this stroller until recently, we have had the stroller get stuck in the open position multiple times and not close correctly. we also had it close while we were using and our child was in the seat. Needless to say, we no longer use this stroller and we use our BOB for everything which is unfortunate because we wanted this to be our everyday and travel stroller but I can't trust that it will close correctly or stay open when our son (who is 1) is riding in it.

I've had this stroller for 6 months and I've hated it since day one. It's hard to unfold. The wheels get stuck. It doesn't roll straight. The sunshade won't stay clipped on. The reclining seat won't stay up. The wheels have to be in a certain position for it told down. I could go in and on. They sent me a replacement but it obviously an issue with the way it's built, not the one stroller itself. Do not buy this stroller unless you want to regret it.

Great Stroller!!

on December 26, 2019
The stroller is great! It was very easy for my husband to assemble, as all he had to do was put the wheels on. And those were just clicks into the hole. After assembling the stroller for us, we got right to using it. It was very easy maneuver once we got the hang of locking the wheels the correct way. The folding was a bit longer to get used to, but once we were able to it was quite simple. Our 1 1/2 year old loves sitting in it and can go hours in it without complaining. The shade cover is very large so he completely covers his face and body when we need it to. Our most favorite part to it is the fact that the handles can be moved so that our son can face us. That was the main reason we purchased this stroller. Overall, we would highly recommend this stroller to other families.

I have contacted support many times as they advise but they say thank you and it's no use once you've had the stroller for a few months.

The only cool thing about this stroller is a flip is the handle to reverse the direction otherwise everything else is a poor design and poor materials: the under carriage is constructed by two metal parts in the back, it's hard to get up even a slightest bump on the road because the frame is flimsy and if you have a baby weighing about 20lbs - forget it - lifting the front of the stroller to go over anything on the road is impossible, it's not as lightweight as they advertise and hard to haul around so forget traveling with it; as others said it's easy to fold up but not unfold... the list goes on. I so want my money back!

I do not like the fact that it's too reclined for my 15 month old son. He isn't able to sit up nice and tall, so he dislikes being in it. I've tightened it as much as I can from the back, but it's still too reclined. I am very disappointed for the price I paid.

We DID love this stroller. My daughter is now a year old, we didn't leave the house for the first 4 months of her life. Unfortunately the past few months the wheels are ALWAYS getting stuck and now the brakes are temperamental. Everything design wise is perfect but this stroller definitely doesn't wear well. The wheels getting stuck was fine, but brakes that click down but dont always actually lock is not okay so we will be contacting Ergo.

So happy with this stroller, everything we needed, plenty of storage, love the handle where you can change it back and forth, and adjust to different heights. Love the canopy since it extends so far keeping baby out of the sun, and how the baby can sit up or lay down to sleep, and the mesh lining lets air circulate or you can extend the cover over the mesh lining to keep baby warm. The only thing I would add to this stroller is some kind of storage that you can attach to the handle for the parents for their phone, keys, etc. I know there is a pocket below with more storage, but it's not the best place to keep a phone if you need to answer a call quickly. Otherwise, it's the best stroller I have found so far, quick and easy to close too.

I love the stroller. The reason for the 4 Star Rating is because the bottom of the sunshade wont stay up! Its the most annoying thing ever. The only time it stays put is if its all the way back. I cant pull out the sunshade a little bit because it will all come down and if my daughter is up, she wants to see everything. I love everything else about this stroller except that. Thinking about returning it.

I love this stroller. I had the Britax b agile and while that one was light and easy to fold, it was too short. The 180 has adjustable height and the ability to quickly change from rear facing to forward facing is priceless. I wish the up holder was better designed so it could at least hold a cell phone. The stroller also can be difficult to unfold, definitely need two hands. But overall I would purchase again!!

Love the extra large, easily accessible bottom carriage for things. The 180 design is great. I love being able to easily switch between forward and back facing. The full coverage canopy and mesh design are by far my favorite things about the stroller. It is easily collapsible to store away. My only dilemma and I didn't give this stroller 5 stars is that it is not the easiest at unfolding once its collapsed. I had a hard time carrying my little one and trying to unfold the stroller up with one hand at the same time.

It's an amazing stroller! Getting the hang of the "wheel directions" was a little irritating at first, but then it got better after some trial and error. I woke only make a few adjustments:

1) it needs two (2) cup holders!!!

2) there should be a little pocket/holder on the handlebars for keys & phone for easy access

3) the feet area on the baby seat should elevate for a napping little one.

Otherwise I love it

Cons: It's hard to unfold and get the seat latched properly if the handle is in the position in the picture. The sunshade is terribly quality, comes off and is super flimsy. The clip to keep the seat upright slips, so my son slowly falls back. It's a wide stroller. And the handle bar foam seems like it's going to crumble after use. (I've left the plastic on for the week I've been using the stroller) and I wish it had a bar for the child to hold onto.

Pros: large, easily accessible basket underneath. Easy to fold. Reasonable price.

Got this stroller right before traveling to NYC so it got some good use that first week. I am 5'11" and the extended handle is great! It's easy to maneuver. The large shade is great for walking during nap time. So so so easy to close.

I read reviews that it was hard to open but I have had no trouble at all. It does take two hands but it's not difficult once you read instructions.

When you flip the handle to face baby the wheels on that end are a little closer together so I hit them when walking sometimes.

For the price I wish the reclining feature was better. It's a little difficult to sit them back up when child is in the stroller. I do wish the foot rest raised so baby could fully recline.

I was so excited when I saw the reversible handle and large storage basket. The associate in the store really sold us on those two features alone. It was a huge plus that our infant carrier was compatible with it was well. But it is difficult to fold up when the infant carrier attachment is on, when it's off it's actually very easy to collapse. Unfolding it is slightly less than graceful. Our button on the handle would stick frequently, especially if it wasn't aligned properly. One of the clips on the cover popped off and I can't get it to stay clipped now, kind of a bummer because I really loved the shade on this one. The final, and most frustrating issue is that one of the wheel locks broke less than a year into owning it. Now I can't utilize the reversible handle because it's too difficult to push without the proper lock configuration with the wheels.

I bought this 3 weeks ago and love it. Love that I can have baby facing me or outwards. Almost reclines all the way. Love the canopy and extra coverage. DO NOT like the 5 point bottom harness is very short and can be very hurtful especially when baby is sitting for a while and has diaper on. Also Foot rest is short, my one year old is already touching the bottom part and can not lift foot rest to have baby fully recline. Great while rolling over rocks and high or low ground as well as ditches and wholes/cracks on cement. You do have to get used to wheels, but love how you can change the wheels how you like.

We love this stroller! We bought it because we were having trouble lugging our other stroller around. This one is lightweight and compact, easily fits in the trunk of my sedan. The sun shade is great, completely covers our baby. And the mesh vent really helps cool our baby down in the heat. We got the comfort cushion to go with it and she has taken many naps in the stroller, she seems secure and comfy to us! Well made, easy to steer. I can more easily go out alone with baby which is awesome! I've been recommending this stroller to all of my friends having babies!
Pros
  • Lightweight, compact, easy to operate, well made, steers well, easily closes one handed.
Cons
  • Harder to open one handed, still not bad though
