I absolutely love this jogging stroller. I’m short and it fits me perfectly with the adjustable handle. Very smooth. Also love how you can enclose baby.

This stroller was super easy to put together. I researched several strollers before choosing this one. The only con I found is that it does not have a tray. It’s easy to fold, has amazing all terrain tires, and adequate storage.

I had reviewed many strollers and reviews before choosing this. I wanted something for jogging and walking with great quality and durability for our rugged terrain. This was a fantastic pick! It was super easy to put together and the keyfit 30 car seat fits in like a charm! The ordering process was simple. It arrived in days after ordering. Albee had the best price I could find. I'd highly recommend this stroller! I love how the canopy nearly covers the whole seat! I thought about purchasing a weather shield but I'm glad I didn't. I don't think it will be needed.

I reviewed many strollers of all budgets, sizes and brands before choosing this one by Chicco. My Keyfit 30 car seat fits right in. Once you get the hang of it and do it a few times, it is easy to fold up and stores well in the back of your car or in a closet. The wheels are a good size and it easily goes over the hills and terrain of my neighborhood, whether on the sidewalks or roads. I also love the clean, black look of this stroller, and I'm sure it will work well when I don't need to use the car seat anymore, and can just set him in the normal seat.

This is one of my favorite items I received for my child! It is so smooth on gravel and turns on a dime, so its perfect for shopping! Comes with beverage holder for mom and is car seat adaptable! Only draw back is that it is heavy and takes up the whole trunk...but its worth it!
Pros
  • Turns on a dime
  • Smooth ride
  • light feeling to push
Cons
  • Heavy when folded
  • Takes up a lot of space

Overall I'm really happy with this stroller. It does everything I need and want it to do. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I'm a stickler and want some of the parts quality to be a bit higher than it is.

We bought this stroller about a year ago and other than the brake making noise and sometimes not holding to where we have to adjust it all the time the only thing I don't like about this stroller is no snack tray which we did not realize when we bought it and there is not one sold separate or compatible which is a huge bummer

We live in the country and I needed some tires that would hold up on the gravel roads. This is smoothest stroller ever! I love it and it is easy to use and adjust after a few minutes of practice. Worth the money.

The stroller is great quality! It was much nicer than I expected it to be! It is very well made and my Chicco Fit2 carseat rests in the stroller perfectly. The little shade hood was much larger and pulls down much further than I expected. Which I love!! It gives it a classic old timey feel. If it ain't broke don't fix it right? The brakes aren't as hard as I would like them to be but they do bring the stroller to a stop. I guess i expected it to be like a bike break because of the break handle on the stroller. They closely resemble. Definitely not a deal breaker. I will say one mind boggling thing is that the thing came unassembled and without instructions!!! So we spent more time trying to make sure we were snapping everything in to place correctly than we would have if it would have just told us howwww. and yes you read that right. It allllll snaps together. not tools required! Which is a plus considering we didn't have any instructions to tell us otherwise! We figured it out but it would have been much simpler to have a picture so we knew what we were doing atlas half way.

We compared almost all the available jogging strollers in store ans could shortlist on Bob or Chico tre performance. The disadvantage of BOb is that you have to buy almost all the accessories separately and it becomes very costly. Chico beats BOb in every aspect.

Quality issues within 6 months of purchase

This stroller was satisfactory to us until about 6 months into its life when the rear wheel plastic clip part popped off the wheel axel. At about the same time, the entire stroller started making a clicking sound whenever in use. The sound is annoying but no reason for us to return it, we just deal with it but the rear wheel plastic piece has compromised the integrity and quality of the stroller for us, since it happened so soon after purchase. We're just crossing our fingers it doesn't cause irreparable wear and tear since this is not an affordable item we can easily replace.

A lot less work to push

The review that said it works great if what you want is to roll it out of the garage for a walk, plus compatibility with our car seat, helped us make the decision and we were not disappointed. If you are doing a great deal of walking, pushing anything but a jogging stroller is a lot of work. You don't need to be a jogger to appreciate this stroller, just someone who wants to cover a lot of territory with baby. And it isn't so terribly difficult to get into the trunk, it just weighs a bit more so it's not one to take on every trip to the grocery.
Pros
  • Really moves well, nice smooth ride, compatible with top rated Chicco car seats, folds easily.
Cons
  • More to lift into the trunk, emergency break needs TLC to operate.
Great jogging stroller!

I was debating between this stroller and some of the other popular joggers out there (particularly the BOB Revolution SE) and am happy with this purchase. I am not a professional marathon runner- but most people I know who purchase jogging strollers are not- so I cannot attest to how it holds up to intense training. But we live by the beach and use it for trails, sand, grass and gravel. Pros: - Nice design and quality- very sturdy and a really smooth ride. I like the look better than the BOB, it's more streamlined and has fewer dangly straps - Great when used with the Keyfit 30 infant carseat- it just snaps right in, eliminating the need for a separate adapter (and who needs yet another piece of random baby equipment?) It looks really sharp and clean. - Super easy, one hand standing fold- easier than a lot of umbrella strollers. It's big but not unreasonable to heft in/out of the back of the car. - Large accessible cargo basket- since many people I know who own jogging strollers are not just using this for jogging, the large basket is key. Great "shopping cart" at the mall. Huge win over the BOB whose basket is small and hard to access - The parent console is included- really nice to not have to fork over another $20-40 - All of the controls (front wheel lock, brake) are accessible from the handle - The price is nice if you get one of the package deals with the carseat Cons: I guess I would have given it 4.5 stars if I could, the cons are nitpicky - The fabric is a little coarse and the color choices are limited to bright orange or bright green. A sleek neutral would be a nice addition since I think the design is a big plus over the BOB stroller - Not sure if this is an actual "con" or more of a product of being a jogging stroller but the front wheel juts out pretty far from the rest of the stroller. People have tripped over it when we are in places that are crowded (i.e. farmers markets, etc). - A rubberized handle padding over foam padding would be more durable and easier to clean for sweaty hands - The hand braking system is a little weird and not intuitive - Only works with the Keyfit infant carseat so doesn't make sense to get this jogger if you have a different carseat unless you have an older child - Good deal if you get it on promotion or with the carseat bundle but pretty pricey at full price. It is a jogging stroller so it is large- I guess if I were to do it again I might consider if I needed an actual jogging stroller or an all-terrain I could do light jogging with. But as far as true joggers are concerned, I would buy this again.

This stroller is so well built & excellent quality!! So many neat options that only a parent would figure out is needed! I love that with the suspension, it has a nice gentle bounce even when simply walking! I'm so excited to take it out for a jog!

We have a lot of bumpy roads in my small town. I wanted to take my five week old out in the stroller and her car seat, but I was worried about the road surface being too rough to go walking. The Tre jogging stroller works much better than my other stroller. There is a lot less jostling because of the shocks and larger wheels. Also, the stroller is really easy to maneuver. This is an excellent stroller, well worth the price!

Enjoying the features

When purchasing this, I did tons of research & compared it to the BOB Revolution Flex. The reason I went with the Chicco Tre, were the price & features: the way it collapses down, but will still 'stand up' in the garage. The handlebar access to lock the front wheel without stooping down to the actual wheel. What's really won me over is the quick release wheels, and how compact this stroller is when you remove the wheels, also the water repellant canopy. I got caught in a pretty significant rain yesterday, and my 1 yr old stayed dry. It's also pretty stable, very little tipping. Will only tip if I have the heavy diaper bag hanging from the Mommy hook on the handlebar. The only reason I gave it a four star review, is because I'm not wild about the color choices. I opted for the green, "Surge", but it was really a toss up between that & the Radius bright orange. How about more neutral colors Chicco? My little girl constantly gets called a boy in this stroller because it is more masculine. I certainly don't want a pink stroller, don't get me wrong. But how about plain old black. Or navy. Or charcoal. Then I could dress it up with her girlier blankets or toys or whatever. The Surge is seriously bright green. We can be spotted from a mile away. Which I guess is good if you're jogging, but we don't typically do a ton of road jogging. Also, Chicco.... Really wish you'd make a child snack tray!! It would be helpful at times!!! Seems like it wouldn't be that hard to do either! Other than those things, it's a well-thought out product. Great design. Thanks!

Great stroller, but I only bought this specific one because it is supposed to be compatible with the chicco key fit 30. My son is only 5 months old I wanted to use it with is car seat. The car seat does click in after shoving it down quite hard and it is extremely hard to pull the car seat out, very unlike the car seat base which I am used to. Most of the time I have to take my son out of the car seat and wiggle the car seat free from the stroller. For that reason I have to give this item 3 stars. This will be a great stroller for us once my son gets older and we won't have to use the car seat anymore.

This is baby number 4 for our family and we have been through many strollers. I have to say this stroller is amazing and things have really advanced over time. Every feature was really thought through. I wish I had it years ago. I am so happy with my purchase. My only complaint is I wish it came in more colors. Thanks Chicco for an amazing product.
Pros
  • Easy to use, many features that other strollers don't offer, huge canopy with magnetic vent, durable wheels, easy to open and close, folds up compact, smooth ride, any terrain, comfy, classy look.
Best Uses
  • All around awesome stroller
Cons
  • Only 2 color choices

We live in Wisconsin, through the winter this stroller was so easy to take in and out of our Subaru outback when we went shopping. The spring it's been excellent at navigating through muddy paths, gravel driveways and of course normal sidewalks. Our baby just turned 6 months so we transitioned from putting the carrier in to him sitting forward and he Loves it!! Now it's time to find some accessories for rainy/windy days.

This stroller is absolutely great! Super easy to push. The shocks are a great feature. I also really like the extended shade that actually keeps the baby shaded even if the sun is coming at an angle (late afternoon). I bought the Keyfit 30 car seat that goes with it to make it a travel system. Everything fits nicely together and looks very sleek. The assembly was easy, only took 15 minutes to get it out of the box and ready to roll. I've read some reviews of the tires making a clicking noise, but I have not experienced this. I've owned many Chicco products in the past and this is as high quality as everything they sell. The only thing on the negative side is that this does not fold up very small, but I think its comparable to other strollers of this type.

i cannot believe how well this stroller was thought out! I'm a bit put out I didn't have this when I was a father and now a Grand Father. My daughter had a Chicco stroller and its nice for smooth pavement and in the mall but it really doesn't get used much now. I had issues using it in the beginning but watching the youtube videos on how to use it were the best! My grand Daughter loves it when we go trotting around the farm and in the parks. To see her smile and chatter to me when we're on a bumpy stretch, I have to giggle. Great storage, maneuverable, versatile, and with the Keylock infant seat, its like, well, fantastic! I cannot tell you how easy this makes it to go from car to stroller! Its a tad heaver than the other stroller but space in the trunk is not an issue since the rear wheels pop off. The individuals that developed this have kids or grand kids and take them everywhere, like it should be. My biggest problem is me worrying about the stroller being snatched when we have to leave it in a restaurant. Give me a find my stroller app for my iPhone or second best have a serial number on the frame. I know sounds funny but I have had strollers stolen (lets say mistakenly stolen) while at Disney World many years ago (still upset about that) and if not for a baggage tag never removed and diligent Disney employees we would have returned without a stroller.
