Received the item within a week, opened it, everything seemed great. My husband put it together and we went to snap the cover on and the snaps were missing (luckily I have a handy husband that could improvise so I didn't have to return it and wait for a new one) that was very disappointing. But other than that we were pleased. This is our second one we've purchased had zero issues with the first one. But issues with the second one. However I love this I put one on my daughters bed and one on mine for co sleeping, the night light is great too and shuts off automatically if your little leaves it on, it also can fold down out of the way during the day if needed.

Worth the extra expense. Safe & secure for our 2 year old in transitioning to his new bed. Love the night light feature!
