Very Sturdy, Bad Caster
For $349? Very sturdy, nice cherry but the caster sucks. There is no instruction on how you mount the caster. I think you just put it in but then CASTERS COME OFF WHEN YOU MOVE THE CRIB. . Everything looks good but the CASTER SUCKS I did not put the caster. and the foam is very thin so I have put a soft blanket
ProsVery strong. Elegant.
ConsCASTER SUCKS. . Too pricey! $349?

Got so much use out of this with my first child...can't wait to use with my second!
This co-sleeper was perfect for us, because it looks like real furniture. A lot of the other co-sleeprs look like plastic playpins to me. This one is beautiful. The mattress is thin...but I think that's because a mattress for a baby isn't meant to be thick. I can't find it on the description, but I remember that this crib is not supposed to be used for a long period of time. It's either 3 months or 6 months that the baby outgrows it. But during those first months, it's GREAT. It was so reassurring to have my baby at arms length, without worrying about rolling over her or her falling out of the bed. Now that I'm pregnant again, we're not even going to set up a big crib until later. We plan on soley using this for at least the first 3 months. I recommend this product to all of my breastfeeding moms. :) My seven year old still uses it to this day. She sits in it to read. But she's about to have to give it up :)
ProsStylish. Practical.
ConsUnable to use it for a long period of time (I wish I could have used it for a year!)

Good for younger baby, but will need to be replaced for older baby
The look is great! Love the cherry. It was also great while I was breastfeeding and when the baby was smaller and less mobile. The mattress is on the thin side, but we folded one of the baby's thicker blankets and used that as a mattress pad. Now my son is 9.5 months old, 30 inches tall/long and can stand and climb. This thing cannot be 41 inches long like they say, because he is too tall/long for it and has to be layed on a diagonal. He is also able to hoist himself over the top rail so it is time for a full size crib with high side rails. He is such an escape artist that it doesn't matter that it holds up to 500 pounds. We have to get a longer crib with higher rails anyway. Another problem is the wheels are prone to fall off when you go to move it. To be fair, I'm not sure if that was an assembly problem or if it is a design problem. That's a whole lot of issues for the price. Fortunately we can use it for the next baby, as we plan to have some more.
