Best lightweight side by side double stroller
May 7, 2015
If you have an infant and a toddler, this is the side by side for you. Fits through a standard doorway, with spacious seats (12" wide, 8.5" deep) and nearly 180* recline, adjustable footrests and huge canopies with a safe opening mechanism on the hood than other strollers (no fingertip amputation risks). My kids love the seats, they can hold hands if they're feeling affectionate, they have their own private cocoons with the recline and hood if they need their space/are having a meltdown.Weighs the same as the maclaren twin triumph but feels more sturdy, has more storage space, better steering by far (ONE HANDED for those moments that the toddler wants to walk and needs a hand held, or the infant wants to be held while the toddler wants to ride), better seats, better canopies. Better brake. No contest.Weighs at least 4 lbs less than britax bagile double and the city mini double, plus adjustable foot rests. Has a clean fold, keeping the snow/mud on the outside unlike the britax and babyjogger. The best side by side on the market. Do yourself a favor, parent of two kids 3 years old and under. Buy the valco baby snap duo and don't look back.
Best Uses
  • uneven sidewalks, long day trips, travel, grass, grocery store, mall.
