I bought this item because I love the brand, and I am sad to say that it was barely in use and it is already not functioning properly. The seat does not recline to its lowest position, and now I cannot use the bouncer for my 8 week old son. I am so disappointed because I am now stuck without a bouncer until I settle the issue with customer service. But from my experience albeebaby.com has proved itself to be efficient, responsible and helpful.
