This means side support and protection in every position. The head rest has a full EPS foam (bicycle helmet foam) liner to absorb energy in an impact. And the deeper side wings provide additional protection for your child. The 6 position height adjust will grow with your child. Designed for children 3 to 10 years old, 30 to 100 lbs, and up to 38" to 57" tall. Wide seats really fit the larger, older children. We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $100, and charge a flat handling rate of $4.95 on all orders under $100. All of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground only. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of order receipt unless otherwise stated in the "Features" tab on the particular product page. UPS ground service can take an additional 5 business days to arrive at locations on the west coast. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email for Quantium View, which is the UPS email system, with your respective tracking information. We do offer UPS 2nd Day Air as well as UPS Next Day Air service for an additional charge. If you are interested in this service, please call to get an estimate. We also charge a standard $15 expedite fee to guarantee your order is shipped out with within 24 hours of order placement. You must call and speak with a representative in order to purchase this option. After the item is shipped it still takes an additonal 5 business days to arrive to destinations on the west coast. All items that are orderable are in stock, unless otherwise stated in the "Features" Tab of the particular product page. If for some reason we are out of stock of an item you ordered we will promptly notify you via e-mail or by phone to let you know of the situation and possible options. In addition, some of our products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer and should be stated the "Features" Tab of the particular product page along with respective transit times. Please note that most bedding products and some funiture products are special order items and the transit time for those items will be stated in the "Features" Tab of the particular product page. Albee Baby only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses and unfortunately we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price less a $25 restocking fee for each item shipped. All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on actual product page. Some products are considered special order products and are unfortunately not returnable nor are they cancelable once an order is placed. If this is the case it will be clearly noted on the product page under the "Feature" Tab that the item is a special order item. Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid and insured. We cannot accept freight collect items. Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining reason for return. We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, and undergarments. All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division. If a package is refused, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer.
