I purchased this monitor for my baby that is due in Oct 2012, I currently have a 15mo old and have been using it on him, it works great!! Our current monior is sound only, its so nice being able to see him in his crib. At first it was making a lot of static noises at night but I moved the monitor to a different location in my son's room and straighened of the cord more and the static stopped!! I am very pleased with my purchase. It was the cheapest through Albee and came with an extra reciever which is nice so I can keep one in our bedroom and one in the living room.

Even though this isn't considered the most "high-tech", this monitor works great with our wireless internet. A lot of other ones interfere. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because this is our 2nd monitor like this. The first one broke after a year and a half. I hope this one lasts longer.
