Summer Infant babyTouch Color Video Monitor

This is my first time every having a problem that could not be resolved when it comes to a baby product. Bought this product July 2013 before my son was born. Started using it in about November once he started sleeping in his own room. Just recently the camera started shorting out and making a buzzing noise showing no signal on the monitor. My son's room is on the opposite side of our home so this monitor is a necessity. Call customer service and they want me to buy another camera for $90!! I've alway dealt with company's that are willing to help especially when it's the first claim. Not so much with this one.

Pros : Very easy to use, Connectivity is excellent, Visual is great even under low light. Very portableSuggestion to manufacturer : Base could have been something with manual adjusting legs to mount on a crib any where by wrapping around it.**: There is no wifi capabilty with this particular model

I love this video monitor. I love that it zooms in and out and pans back and forth and up and down. The talk feature is pretty neat even though we rarely use it. I also love that I will be able to hook up additional cameras to the monitor for future children. Great buy. It is a little expensive however it is worth every penny to be able to peek in with out disturbing your baby.Battery life is a little short but that has never been a big enough con for us to dislike the product.

I have been using this monitor for two weeks now with our newborn and I love it. The picture quality is great and the zoom feature is awesome. When she makes a noise, I can zoom in to see if she is okay or not. Night vision feature is great also. Battery life has been great also. The price on this website was also the cheapest that I found anywhere.

I love this monitor and it helped so much with helping my daughter sleep in her crib. It allowed me to see if she was really crying or laying down still so I wouldn't get her too soon. It also helped give me piece of mind that she was okay. I love the talk feature it has I have sang her to sleep many times using that, but just speak softly into it or else it comes out extreamly loud on their end. I haven't ever used it with enough light to judge its color display but nighttime display is perfect. I love this product! I gess the only things I would change is that the battery would last all night when off the charger and that the video doesn't just come on when they cry.
