Divided melamine plate from the Fairy Collection measures 8 inches in diameter with 3 divided sections and removable suction base. Dishwasher safe, but remove suction base first, hand wash for best results. Do not microwave. Melamine looks like ceramic, but at a lighter weight. It's also more durable, but not unbreakable. All our melamine and vinyl-related products are non-toxic and lead-free according to U.S., European, and Canadian standards.

Cute but no suction

Cute but washed it in the top rack before first use and suction ring came off. Didn't realize it was detachable. Or perhaps it just warped off in the wash. Either way - couldn't be repaired. Now just a cute plate. Since then I hand wash and after a few weeks it's fine but can't get the suction ring back on.
