Missing item in the package

Overall experience was great except one missing item in the package. The stroller was very easy to assemble and it rolls very smoothly. However, I notice the shopping bag was missing as I go through all items in the box. According to the advertised picture, there should be 2 bags, both changing bag and shopping bag, but I just didn't see the shopping bag at all, guess it might be the manufacturing packing mistake. I've called the customer service and was told that they will give me a call back yesterday after they've done their checking, however, I haven't received any calls yet. I hope this issue will be resolved soon as I do have a upcoming international trip very soon and I will use this stroller during my trip. Thank you!
